Friendly welcome and service, ordered a large English breakfast - hearty, honest and tasty. Come hungry - great traditional, welcoming cafe.

I've only ordered a couple of times so far, and have not been disappointed in the slightest. Such quality and tasty food, simple order and paying process. Really nice to be greeted with a smile and a quick chat when I pick up the order. When the message goes out there is a service at the weekend, that is all I can think of for the rest of the week!

We go here at least twice a month and they do the best coffee and food. Their toasties are fantastic, their curries are amazing, and their breakfasts are unreal. Always a pleasure being there especially as it is a child-friendly environment with wonderful staff.

Incredible chicken tikka sandwich

We recently went, with friends, to a Gin night at The Stables Fantastic event and food! We contacted them prior as we had one member with dietary needs and Karen was so helpful and went well above what we expected to make sure that everyone was catered for. Would thoroughly recommend The Stables and will be returning!

Mrs G's, home of a great breakfast, if you want smashed avocado on sour dough go somewhere else! Sadly closing for good in under 2 weeks. RIP

A warm and inviting experience here. The service was friendly and relaxed. A great amount of choice on the menu. We went for the tapas and it was all delicious. Special shout out for the meatballs! Great value for money too.

Absolutely amazing service and food - Staff were so lovely and the pizzas were yum. Really reasonable prices will definitely be back Ps the banoffee pie was the best I’ve ever had !

Since getting a Chinese takeaway delivered from here we have not gone anywhere else! Completely blows all other Chinese takeaways away. The service when you phone them is excellent and the food is perfect. So many vegetarian options, everything is light and not greasy. We are pescatarian and they completely understood and advised the food would be cooked appropriately. I tell everyone about this place as I’m not sure it’s common knowledge that they deliver. I recommend- Fried vermicelli Singapore style King prawn sweet and sour takeaway style Szechuan bean curd

Was planning on stopping for breakfast, but great reviews clearly supporting attendance and no inside tables - no matter, had a takeaway coffee which was well prepared and super tasty.

Beautiful food. It was fully booked but they snuck us in and it was well worth it. Lovely staff. Lovely food. Home cooked proper grub! Everyone in Yate/Sodbury should go at some point.

Booked in advance , the restaurant was packed …( Friday night) Didn’t take long to order drinks or food Can’t fault the starter ( to share for 2 people) fresh, tasty , didn’t want it to end ! Main course OMG chose the same as I had a month ago … Stir fry with peanut sauce and noodles in soy sauce, just yummy !
