Started using Joy Hing after multiple strange and disappointing experiences from our usual Chinese takeaway and don’t regret moving custom elsewhere. Service is great, friendly. Food excellent and consistent. So much batter than many we tried locally.

A very enjoyable and good value breakfast, efficient service and dog friendly, we all look forward to returning in the near future.

The BEST wedding venue in Dorset hands down! We could not have wished for a better day, the organisation, layout, timings, attention and care from everyone was impeccable. Nothing was too much, communication was second to none and it actually turned out more glorious than we thought even though our expectations were already incredibly high. We are over the moon! What a perfect spot for a leisurely evening of cheese and wine! There's nothing better than unwinding at the bar after a long day, relishing good company. Sam is phenomenal at pairing the wine and cheese, ensuring each selection enhances your experience deliciously. It makes me sad that it has now closed.

Perfect place to eat and drink in the heart of sandbanks .. service was amazing .. the pizzas also were unreal.. there own pizza chef from naples 🫶🇮🇹 highly recommend and free parking off season outside on street

Regular diners here, took my staff out last night for our Christmas gathering and the service was terrible, we waited 20 mins for initial service and 15 mins for drinks following service and it was like this all night . meals not cooked to standards resulting in meals being remade as well. Very shocked for our favourite place but it needed to be said so hopefully someone reads this that matters can do something about it

This place was refurbished in 2022, with no great improvement, and the menu was changed badly with prices also increased. We feel sorry for all the staff especially Mark who we got to know as he served us a lot. We are not surprised it has closed but the owners brought it on them selves by ruining the atmosphere and spoiling the food.

This used to be our fave coffee shop in the area. Changed hands a while back and we’ve given it a few shots to impress but it hasn’t, so won’t be going back. First ordered toasties and coffee to go. Coffees arrived but food took so long the hot coffees were cold. My daughter ordered an iced coffee and it looked nothing like the drink she’d had there previously and tasted and looked like the coffee shot had been forgotten. Mentioned this to the girls making the coffees who spoke to a lady that I believe is the owner. She basically said that’s how we make them if you don’t like it we,ll put a shot in but it will be 1.50 extra. I explained I didn’t think it had been made right but they were borderline rude to be honest. Went back in recently for a couple of banana breads and a couple of coffees. (Flat white and mocha) Pretty gobsmacked that this was £16.50. Waited for the bread and the girl serving walked past and literally threw the box of bread on the table in front of us. No words, no smile. As a comparison we went to the incredible bigwigs bakery the next day had the friendliest swift service, 2 of the same coffees and delicious homemade praline pastry and a huge sausage toastie to dine in for £15.10. Coffee saloon is overpriced and unfriendly
