Great venue for community folk cyclists. Service is 1st class, atmosphere like wise. Why 3* for food. THEY USE COSTCO SAUSAGES, omg, awful.

Had a one year olds gathering here they were very accommodating and friendly. They offer a wide range of reasonably priced local ciders .

Whilst on a walk around Leigh Woods we called here for a drink and we had thought we might grab a snack. We decided on an Americano coffee each (with hot milk) in recyclable disposable cups, which cost £3 per cup. The coffee was very strong and had the bitter caramel taste that we look for. It was also remarkably hot. We had some water with us, so we diluted the coffee slightly, and also made it cooler to drink. Sadly, the only snacks available were various cakes and pastries, or crisps, and we wanted something savoury like a pasty or roll, but the brownies did look yummy. Maybe next time. A good but brief stop, thanks to the pleasant and efficient service.

We had a lovely lunch with friends here today. Table service very good and all staff that attended to us were excellent. Not the cheapest meal but good value. We enjoyed steak as well as other mains. We all enjoyed our puddings. Excellent red wine and we thought the gardens looked great for a good weather day.

Kind of says what it says on the tin. Several fast food outlets and shops, all more expensive than the high street alternatives as is the fuel but they have a monopoly on motorway users and take full advantage of it. As long as you're aware of this the services are fine

Ordered 3 Meals. Meals 2 were lovely, 1(fish and chips) was awful. The fish was extremely small and over cooked. We did have a refund But No Apology whatsoever. My son sent it back untouched. He was offered an alternative.

What an utter disappointment. At the end of past year, this was a vibrant place with really tasty food. Tonight was my last night for sure. Yet again, they didnt have the food on the menu and then the chef decided not to do tapas. With little choice, I had the Grounded special pizza which was the most unappetising circle of raw garlic and bits thrwn on top, with little love. So awful, I've just come home and put my fingers down my throat because I felt ill. Its better in the pan which is where I think the chefs love of their job is too. Unfortunately, stay away from this place until they turn around their staff. Front of house staff, lovely, polite and smiling, probably because they're leaving a sinking ship too. Bring back the Grounded it used to be.

Almuerzo muy pobre: ensalada con aderezo afilado, sintético, patata campera pequeña (con abundante queso). El otro plato era lo que parecían nuggets de pollo (pero descrito como pollo de limón y lima). Mal valor. Cíñete a los sándwiches o pasa adelante.

I visited this place tonight and was disgusted when they charged me a surcharge for using my card to pay. I told them it's illegal to do that and has been since 2018 but they weren't phased about breaking the law! I have reported them to Trading Standards. They obviously do this a lot and get away with it. On another note, the food is rubbish and over priced

Poor, disappointing, wouldn’t return! Worst Burger King experience ever!! Dry burger bun so it literally disintegrated and had to attempt to eat a burger with a fork! Brown aged lettuce! Gloopy disgusting ‘loaded fries’ Don’t even provide napkins! Staff are not used to human interaction in any format!

Wanted breakfast as had long drive home , when turned up at 10am they say there were closing for breakfast so they can prepare Chinese food for 12pm!, really???!!! Need 2 hrs to prepare!! Come on!! The clue is in the title BREAKFAST not curry’s!

More interested in messing around with each other than paying attention to any customers. Sandwich wasn't toasted and still cold. Worst service I've experienced
