Delights Pizza and Kebab Bristol in North Somerset

I visited this place tonight and was disgusted when they charged me a surcharge for using my card to pay. I told them it's illegal to do that and has been since 2018 but they weren't phased about breaking the law! I have reported them to Trading Standards. They obviously do this a lot and get away with it. On another note, the food is rubbish and over priced

Pedí un doner kebab y patatas fritas, que fue el peor kebab que he pedido. Sin ensalada y apenas carne y salsa. La carne estaba seca y masticable. Pedí un pollo y cordero shish y, de nuevo, casi ninguna salsa y patética cantidad de ensalada, que era la escoria. 9 para un kebab siento que nos robaron. El peor kebab que hemos comido en mucho tiempo. Te recomiendo encarecidamente que evites este lugar. Solo ordené aquí ya que nuestro lugar habitual no era solo comer esta noche. La comida era repugnante. La comida tampoco tenía sabor.

Fui para un kofta kebabs y no estaba seguro de si no sería nada bueno. ¡Fue fantástico! Fue verdaderamente uno de los kebabs de mejores que he tenido. Ligeramente garlicky (en el buen sentido) pero parecía fresco; la ensalada era fresco y si quiero lleno volvería por otra.

I've been to this establishment a few times in the past year, most recently September 2014. The food is of a fair quality for an inner city takeaway. The kebabs are good, the pizza is decent but could do with some improvement. Overall fair value for your money, and not the worst choice you could make at the end of a heavy night. Sept 2014 I went here for some Ben and jerrys ice cream, as they serve it and are open later than certain other retailers in the area. Upon returning home and digging in to my ice cream I found it had a strong taste of kebab (quite oniony and meaty). Possible it had been stored in the same freezer used to store the kebab meat and onions? Absolutely disgusting experience, and I will not be returning to this establishment. There are other (and much better quality) fast food restaurants in the area worthy of my custom.

I stayed on a business trip in Bristol & order 1x large pizza & 1x small pizza - had free garlic bread with it too. The food did not come with any sauces & plus the amount of cheese stuck to the pizza was ridiculous - the pineapple chunks where just thrown in the pizza itself was just disgusting. The food came but no receipt so i asked the delivery guy for a receipt & he said he will come back with a receipt. I phoned the company back asking for a receipt but instead of helping me out he argued with me and said that we did not ask for the receipt but from past purchases I always received a receipt. He said he will email it to me but now after 4-5 days i still have not received nothing. I will never order from this place again & i will pass on my feedback to the Hilton Garden Inn where we normally advertise your brochures.
