Had a really nice evening in this small restaurant in a great setting. Host very friendly and nothing too much trouble.

Called in when we were on holiday in September having found you on Google. Fab food, fab service and very reasonably priced - really lovely and cosy inside too - we will be back next year when we should be returning

What quirky was to have a cafe on a beach, brilliant idea. Staff were extremely friendly and took our order before we climbed up to the vehicle so that is was ready for when paid excellent selection of pastries and savouries

The Location and setup of the store is beautiful, the portions were quite smaller than other stores nearby and the prices were no longer reasonable. Chips tasted a bit dry Fish was average Portions were smaller than what could have been given for the price. Location was nice though with parking and outdoor seats.

Both locals and tourists seem to frequent this local pub. It is reputed to be one of the country’s most haunted pubs. Nice menu selection, with various specials during the week. We had Hunters Chicken, with apple crumble, Fish & Chips from today’s catch, with sticky toffee pudding, and Steak & Ale pie made with Doom Bar. All excellent choices. They also have a nice selection of beers and ales.

We hadn’t booked but were able to get a table as we arrived early evening. The place soon filled up and we could see why. Friendly, attentive service, and a very nice menu all reasonably priced. I had the fish and chips and it was the nicest fish and chips ever. I like that there is an option of a smaller portion too. My partner enjoyed the pie that was on the specials board. Desserts were equally amazing, and all a bit different from the usual offerings. My lime and coconut cheesecake was simple divine. All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we are visiting. Thank you for a very nice evening

Went here for lunch with a couple of friends last month. I had the quiche & chips for lunch. The food was nice but sadly let down by the stingyest portion sizes. There were no more than about 8 chips on the plate, the coleslaw was in the tinyest pot you've ever seen (so very little). The side salad on the plate was poor. it consisted of just a few small peices of iceberg lettuice - no salad dressing or anything. The quiche was quite small too. I can honestly say i was disappointed with the food portion size and at £11 felt it wasn't worth the money. I went home still hungry. Sad to say, i will be giving it a miss from now on.

Cannot rate this restaurant high enough. Staff are friendly, helpful, cheerful and do the extra things without asking. My husband is in wheelchair which was noticed even before we reached the door. The door was opened with a lovely cherry welcome, immediately lifting spirits on a rainy day. Food was delicious and served well. Nothing too much trouble. We went back next day and hope to make many return visits when in area.
