Nice lunch halfway through a walk. Very friendly staff. And tasty dishes.

This was a last minute find after a stroll on the beach. What can I say? The food was amazing, definitely fairly priced (highly recommend the chicken burger, it was huge!!). Very friendly staff, our waitress was 5 star, gutted we didn't get her name. I would highly recommend this place for a meal. So much so we are looking to plan a long weekend in the summer so we can camp here for the weekend. For the purpose of feedback to our waitress, we were a party of 6 who had lunch on 19/04/25, and we had Jarvis the puppy spaniel.

Well this was a delightful place to find. Tucked away in the middle of nowhere this is a 13th century pub steeped in history. The drive from Bude was an experience up and down some very tight country lanes but what an experience and wonderful views (there is a much easier route in & out by the way). Had a gorgeous lamb dish. Service was excellent. Highly recommend a visit.

Fab food! Grabbed 3 pizzas and a burger whilst in the area. They all were very tasty. Price is just about right. Would definitely recommend.

Despite living in the area for the best part of 20yrs, I'd never used this Takeaway before as it's a little out of the way. However, I recently found myself close by & thought I'd give it a try and I'm glad I did. Despite it being the Summer Hols & them having numerous orders already on the go, I walked in, placed my order and walked out with my food in under 20mins! And the food was amazing, well cooked, still hot after I got home 30mins later, good portion sizes and the prices were slightly cheaper than our usual takeaway. I'll definitely be back!!

8 adults and 3 children staying locally. We all had various meals and the children had the kids meal deals. All the food was excellent. Huge portions, cooked to order. Throughly enjoyed it. Would call a head so the order is ready, but the service was great. Would highly recommend.

We had a Xmas party night here for 14 of our family and friends. Was a really fantastic night , great food , brilliant friendly service, live music just perfect. The staff literally could not have been more attentive. This pub is a great find.
