Amazing gluten free cream tea! It was gorgeous and was even warm scones! Staff are so warm and friendly. Will be back in June with a bit of luck!

I went for a morning swim and was searching to find an open coffee shop near to Swanpool beach having been for a swim. I drive round to next beach over the cliff and found DOUGH AN DOWR coffee bagels & pizza van, I asked for a flat white please and my first taste reminded me of being in Oz as this coffee was 10/10, Trent the owner served me a friendly guy that obviously had passion for his work as was raining hard and open on a Sunday Perfect all round would recommend to friends and family to go here if looking for top draw coffee and service Thanks Trent 🏆

Bought and cooked monkfish tails, easy and superb. Also oysters and managed to open them ourselves after buying an oyster knife - wonderfully fresh and we’ve learnt a new skill! A great selection with friendly and knowledgeable advice. We’ll be back.

Great coffee and great location. I will return. Not surprised it is so popular. The owner serves many locals to the beach so that is a recommendation in itself. Wow Al

Fab fishy food on the pier outside the fabulous ‘Front real ale pub. Delicious fish cakes and amazing salad. Crispy shoestring fries and mackerel salad. All washed down with a glass of cider from the pub.

The food was very tasty. The pig cheeks were stunning as was the steak. I found the house red wine very expensive but overall I thought it was good value. We had 3 people sat on a table clearly designed for 2 even though we booked in advance for 3 which made eating a challenge. We did ask to be moved but they weren’t able to give us a proper table for 3 which did frustrate us a little bit. I would definitely come back despite a few issues we had

Had a lovely experience on a quite cold evening, food was amazing, each course just tasted better and better as the food was served. Staff/Owners were very pleasant and welcoming and committed to what they do . Can't wait to revisit.

Very good meal, we had Dukkah and the Bobotie. Very tasty, plenty of food all washed down with a very good pinotage. Will be back!

My wife is a coeliac, so we have to be careful in terms of eating out. The staff were helpful, friendly and informed and the food was so good we went back the next day! Really impressed.

This gelato shop is a real treat! The ice cream is absolutely delicious, and the staff were really friendly and patient while we took a while to decide what flavours to have! A few small tables if you wanted to eat in.

Came here with my partner for dinner. Everything was delicious. The thalis tasted so fresh and we both had sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Great atmosphere, service and friendly staff. Will be visiting again!

We went to this establishment for dinner with friends on 27/5/25. We were seated quickly as we had reservations. We ordered drinks which were not particularly fast to reach the table but were ok when they did. All 4 ordered our food at the same time so expected them to be served together.....wrong ! Firstly one board with fish on was served, followed by 2 fish and chips at least 5 minutes later. I was then told my burger would be another 3 minutes which turned out to be nearer 10 and was cooked to within an inch of its life. The other had already started as theirs was getting cold and the first one had actually finished. Sadly , as per usual, their answer is a free drink which sorry does not make everything better. The serving staff then took it in turns to come and ask "is everything ok? " which they clearly found funny. As we got up to leave we were mocked by the staff and were subjected to comments like " come again " and "have a nice night " which was said very sarcastically and they thought it was funny. This is probably the worst service I have ever had anywhere and the owners should be disgusted with the staffs behaviour. On the bright side the man in the bar downstairs was delightful and polite. I can't give no stars so you get a very undeserved and far to high 1 star.

Really good tapas bar. First night out on first ever visit to Falmouth and the evening could not have been better. Friendly staff and great vegetarian options. Sadly we didn't try the aubergine which is one of their best sellers. Would happily visit again and just wish there was a place to eat, that was this good, in our home town.

I came here with a friend and had the best Italian food. We had the seafood platter. It was amazing. Lovely selection of seafood beautifully cooked. The scallops were incredible, as for the squid pure perfection. We ordered a Sardinian bottle of red, which was delicious. Service was very professional and friendly. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Will definitely be going again.
