Bought and cooked monkfish tails, easy and superb. Also oysters and managed to open them ourselves after buying an oyster knife - wonderfully fresh and we’ve learnt a new skill! A great selection with friendly and knowledgeable advice. We’ll be back.

This fresh fish shop came highly recommended and rightly so. The staff are delightful with a good selection of locally caught fish including Mylor prawns. Falmouth is lucky to have this business. The sushi which they also make is superb. They do however need to put a banner sign outside so that everyone knows that they are there as you wouldn't know otherwise. They deserve to succeed.

My friend and I had freshly made sushi which was made in front of us by Antonio. The sushi was so fresh and had three different types of fish that I had never tried before but were all so so yummy. We came to try the sushi as it’s the only place in falmouth that does proper sashimi sushi and we were not disappointed at all, we will be coming back and bringing friends!

Unreal sushi and straight off the boats! All locally sourced too. Pysk is a breath of fresh air and exactly what the area needs. Places like this are few and far between in Cornwall so if you go to Falmouth, don't miss out!

Visited this lovely new establishment today and was really pleased with how it is promoting locally caught seafood. It has an abundance of fresh local fish, shellfish, crabs, lobsters, native oysters. I tried the Gurnard and Dover Sole sushi. It was so fresh and clean on the palate and delicious. I even got to try a native oyster, again, so fresh and tasty. Great, friendly service, too. Highly recommend taking a visit to buy great fish and try tasty sushi. Independent places like this deserve our support.
