Great service from the staff at Pizzarova! Em was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to help me. Highly recommend!

I want to like this place—but every time I've tried any of the events they organised, they turn up disappointing. I tried a Stand-up Comedy event several months ago. I got tickets online from their page, including donation, and I came on time. No-one checked my ticket and it was crowded, no space to sit and enjoy. What was the point of the tickets then? Today I wanted to try "Día de los Reyes", same situation as the previous event. I got tickets online with a donation, and again, it was busy and no space to sit. The place is extremely small to host events, there are only 6 tables, and they shouldn't ask to book tickets if they have no control over how many people are coming. Ya me cansé de probar a ver si puedo disfrutar de algunos de los eventos de este lugar, no creo que lo vuelva a intentar.

We went there last night and were treated like kings and queens from the moment we arrived to when we left. Unbelievable food, unbelievable service. Would go there again in a heartbeat. Those anchovies! 🤤

This is one of those places that doesn't look like much, but has absolutely delicious food. I'm quite hard to impress with food, but I was blown away. I had the chicken kebab wrap, and my girlfriend had the vegetable moussaka. Top tier food, and great service.

Literally one of the best falafel wraps I've ever had, It was the best. I make falafel wraps - now mine is the best but I wouldn't have gone the extra mile if it weren't for Yafo!

First time brief visit,but will be back definitely! Clean pub,felt safe and VERY AFFORDABLE PRICES!

Lovely food really friendly staff, good vibes

The food is consistently good here. I can highly recommend the T-bone. The mac and cheese, cauliflower cheese and onion rings are my favourite sides. The staff are always friendly. It has a nice warm atmosphere with.

I stopped by for a casual dinner and was pleased with the food. The spices in the curry were well blended, and the service was both efficient and friendly.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza to go. The pizza was given to me very quickly, but completely uncut. Once I’d started eating I realised the sauce was sweet and sour sauce, and the pizza dough itself had the structural integrity of urine soaked newspaper. Easily the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

Our visit to this restaurant was frustrating from start to finish. Upon arrival, it was unclear how to get a seat, were we supposed to wait outside or go in and ask? Once seated, we ordered our food, only to wait 40 minutes before realising it had been served to another table that arrived well after us. When we questioned this, we were told it would be out soon. After another 20 minutes, and having asked for a refund twice, our food finally arrived. We were told the mix-up happened because we had moved seats, yet oddly enough, our dessert still managed to find us without issue. When the food did arrive, it was mediocre at best, certainly not worth the excessive wait or the price. Bristol has far better options for the same cost. The atmosphere wasn’t enjoyable either, the DJ played music far too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation without shouting. To their credit, they offered a free drink and cake to apologise, but given the overall experience, I didn’t have much faith that these would have been any better. I’d recommend avoiding this place unless management addresses the numerous issues, from service and food quality to overall organisation. Unfortunately, too many other reviews reflect similar experiences.

This is my first ever complaint, most of food was part warm, half of pizza was cold. Just East are normally excellent
