Excellent pizza. The gaff is clean, bright and modern, with long communal tables. Their delivery orders look like they vastly outnumber eat-ins. My glass of Rioja tasted like the bottle had been open a long time.

Got a couple of pizzas and a salad to takeaway. Pizzas were good but neither were cut. Luckily I was going home with them. But that was weird.

Great atmosphere. Staff friendly, great service. Sat up at the counter top by the kitchen, so impressed how clean and well run the back of house operation is run. We did not have long for dinner, but would definitely return to try other dishes on the menu.

Food is bad, burnt and salty. Ingredients didn’t seem fresh. Olives were mouldy. Looked like staff had no clue what was going on, perhaps some bad management?

Simple, delicious, good vibes pizza restaurant We rarely go out for pizza due to having a home pizza oven and trying to "master" the art, but also because we can't go back to anything but authentic, bespoke pizza restaurants from trying so many. Pizza Workshop is one of the exceptions. Simple menu with number variations for ordering, awesome menu which suited our preference, and a great setup for an evening meal socialising with friends in a small group. We'll be looking to go back and try their range, as well as catch some specials that pick out fancy

I came in with my friends visiting from Italy and we could hear the chefs making rude and inappropriate comments in Italian about any young females that came in as well the women FOH staff who are unaware to the comments being made. In a progressive city such as Bristol it was a massive shame to witness this behaviour in a family restaurant with kids present. This restaurant is very unfriendly towards young women and the FOH staff seem to care more about their phones than the customers in the restaurant.

Great food and service. It was quiet at lunchtime during our visit .... I'm sure when it's busier the atmosphere would liven up and be better.

This place is one of the best places for pizza in Bristol in my opinion. Good choice of drinks and good selection of desserts. Me and my BF had really nice pizzas there with white wine and tiramisu. Every time I go to Italian restaurant it’s a must for me to try their tiramisu and it was amazing just melts in your mouth. Really good size for pizzas and nice thin doughy with crispy sides and just the topping are so good and wide range of choices for toppings. Really liked the wine too it so well complimented the food. And if you going there for first time the staff is so friendly and welcoming that I’m sure they will help the choose the right options for you. It’s a place I would definitely come back when I crave some Italian cuisine.

Very tasty sourdough pizza that arrived at the table piping hot. Nice drinks menu and the staff were very friendly and chilled, especially given that we turned up for an eat-in only 40 mins before closing time. We have recommended to friends and family in Bristol and would absolutely eat here again.

Pizza was really tasty, looked thin when it arrived but I was definitely full by the end. Topped well and cooked nicely. Good drinks selection for all tastes, including some local options. Restaurant itself was really nice on a warm day with the 'window' fully opened out. Staff were very friendly and helpful, such as when I forgot to ask for a receipt and they were accomodating when I came back 10 minutes after leaving requesting it.

The food was great. The service was patchy as items were forgotten multiple times. Atmosphere poor due to the constant stream of delivery drivers walking in and out.

Very nice pizza, fresh and tasty with a good range of different flavours and options. Friendly helpful staff. Good drinks list too. Don't know what the puddings are like we were too full with the delicious pizza!!

Wanted a light early evening meal and didn't know the area so was incredibly lucky to come across this place. Delicious fresh flatbread and great beer (Estrella Galicia - a new one on me but will look out for it in future). Friendly helpful staff and.a clean, simple but stylish setting. One of the best pizza crusts I’ve had, soft but crunchy sourdough with perfect texture and flavour. A really good selection of options and extensive toppings, the vegan options are brilliant and you wouldn’t know cows weren’t involved! Simple, delicious and quick to serve, highly recommended…

We popped in here before going to the Rugby at Ashton Gate and I was pleasantly surprised. Really nice atmosphere, service was quick and the pizza was amazing. I had pizza 8 and it was lovely. I'd recommend popping in here for a pizza, sells alcoholic drinks as well as soft drinks so caters for all really.

Not delivered part of my order again! Every time I order through Deliveroo I receive part of my order and the pizza is cold. I only live around the corner so no reason for it to be cold. Tonight was the final straw. I will not be ordering here again and do not recommend take out through the North Street branch. I have emailed the owners to tell them of my experiences in the past and never had a response. Maybe they’ll get their act together now that there is a public review. Very disappointing as their pizzas are good.

good pizza and decent staff but they always seem overwhelmed and struggle to cope with the constant Deliveroo/Just eat orders, and i have had to wait ages for pre-arranged pick ups of take aways. Probably wont use again

I ate here with my kids aged 7&8 before watching a Bears match at Ashton Gate. It was an excellent stop and the set kid's meal deal with pizza/drink/ice cream was great vaule. I had a pizza and beer and it was a brisk 1hr stop from sitting down to leaving. Around £35 all in!

Have bought pizzas from here quite a few times and they were always great. Sadly tonight we ordered two and very disappointed with them and found them inedible. Something has changed with the preparation and the dough was tough and totally unenjoyable. Sadly will not order from here again.

Lovely pizza place with kind staff. When we arrived the staff were very busy but still accommodating and helpful. The pizzas were good quality and the service was quick, even during the busy period. Our server Jay was very nice. We did order one of the pizzas without meat because I’m vegetarian and it came with meat anyway so there were some slip ups, but overall the food was good quality at an affordable price. Would highly recommend pizza 5 with goats cheese and caramelised onion.

Normally we absolutely love all their pizza, they're the vest but yesterday we ordered take out and i ordered a no 10 which had spinach and peppers on and it was wet, and soggy quite disappointed but all the others were amazing. No.6 is gorgeous.

I was in Bristol with my son on Saturday for the match at Ashton Gate and were passing by looking for somewhere to eat. So, so glad we stopped here. Great interior, loved the vibe, staff were attentive and delightful and oh my gosh, the pizza and bocca were amongst the best we've ever had (including many trips to Italy!). Delicious, delicious, delicious...the teen has not stopped going about the Ndjua Bocca he had...literally not stopped talking about it and my pizza was amazing. Will definitely be back.....this lovely little place may have single handedly changed my son's Uni choice preferences :-) Suspect Bristol will be higher up his selection :-) :-) Keep up the great work....fab!

I came today with my friend and had an amazing experience. Our young waitress was extremely polite and accommodating. Food was great, best pizza in bristol!

My friend and I went for a last minute Sunday dinner, (north street) The pizza was delicious (number 6 and 7) and our waitress Maria was friendly and attentive!

Ordered pizza for take away. Go it home to see it wasn't sliced. Eating it turned into a sloppy mess. Could've done with a few more minutes in the oven I think. Still tasted good

Lovely pizzas, perfectly cooked and prepared, and a nice atmosphere to either take away or eat in too. There is a short fixed menu and a couple specials at any one time. Perhaps the menu does get a bit same-ish, which isn’t an issue but does put us off buying pizza any more than about once a month. The pizza also comes uncut and is normally a little too wet for a slice to support its own weight, but that’s somewhat expected with this style of stone baked pizza

I enjoyed my pizza but the two other people I ate with said there meal was just okay the extra toppings were a little overpriced for the amount you got. The wait for the pizzas wasn't too bad and the staff were okay. Nothing special to report but I would be tempted to come again.

Had pizza from here a few times and always loved the mascarpone truffle one. Got it recently and it had way less toppings on and the dough was underdone. The other pizza we’d chosen (with Italian sausage on) was so skimpily topped it was basically a margarita with 3 bits of sausage on. They’d also said it would be 15 minutes on the phone, but when I turned up perfectly on time it was half cold and had clearly been sat there for 10 minutes. Not great considering they’re a few £ more expensive than other options and a shame as I liked them! Service is always quick and friendly and their menu is varied.

AMAZING pizza. The base is wonderfully thin and cooked to perfection, the tomato sauce is super tasty and each topping has been chosen with care. The menu is a bit weird with numbers instead of names, but to each his own, I guess? They will cater to requests which I appreciate as they don't seem to offer a simple prosciutto pizza (I had a six without rocket which was perfect) The order also comes with a pizza cutter which I LOVED as I like to cut my slices smaller. I do recommend to book in advance, particularly on event days at Ashton Gate.

We ordered a takeaway delivery . Expensive for what we got , not worth the price. The dough was good but the the toppings combinations was not good . The mushrooms did not seem freshly cut . One thing that should not be done to cook rocket leaves in the pizza . It was soggy and bitter . It should be sprinkled on the pizza after cooking to stay fresh and crunchy. Also the pizzas were not sliced , difficult to rip into pieces .p

We were overcharged and the service was poor. Forgot to give us menus so we had to ask. However the food was okay but experience was ruined by service.

Visiting for the football and happened to come across this little gem. The pizzas were amazing. Will be sure to visit again when I'm next down that way.

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of pizza but this place is incredible. I had a delicious bocca that I'd happily eat again but I was seriously jealous of my husband's pizza, it was the best I've ever tasted. We'll be going back and next time I'm having a number nine all to myself. Nice atmosphere and friendly, efficient staff.

Fabulous place. My friend is vegan. As I live close, go local. Google was of help. Opted for here. What a treat. As I was early, asked to see menu. No vegan food on display! I asked for another menu. The server was very informative and said all things can be changed to a vegan option. We were delighted with the food, service, and choose of menu. And with the price. Will be recommending and going again. Thank you chef and waiter.

All the waiting and kitchen staff are maskless, during a massive Omicron wave. I walked out without ordering. This reckless action makes lockdown more likely; hurting both their businesses and those actually respecting the law. So poor.

Simply the best pizza I’ve had in awhile. No fuss no bother, straight up sourdough thin base and piping hot sauce with toppings of your choice. Will be back.

Food was okay but not authentic and a bit overpriced.

What can I say? It's a pizza place & they're pretty good but there are scores of others the same in Bristol. Try Accapella for a bit of a different atmosphere ( and it BYOB)

Me, my wife and our young children went for an early dinner recently and both the food and the service was truly excellent. I highly recommend and will be going back soon.

We stopped there for lunch while visiting Bristol. The servers were welcoming and the Boccas we had were amazing. Definitely recommend them.

I went there with my partner a week after being at Bosco's to try out, the staff is professional and funny as *****. In terms of the pizza, it is true that the cornicione is not as "morbido" and big like the Bosco, but I found the dough with a better point of sault + the tomato sauce is propper fresh tomato (not the *** they use at Bosco's) + mozzarella is good. If you are looking for an excellent quality and price for pizza, this is your place. 100% guarantee. They respect the craft. The master pizzaiolo cheff Andrea and all of them, including the kitchen porter Robert, create a very friendly atmosphere. We were very happy, perfect food and company. Although the food was amazing and the waiters were very nice and apologetic, the restaurant was clearly prioritising takeaway/deliveroo which meant we had to wait half an hour to receive a drink when there were only 4/5 tables in the restaurant. Focus on the people who are in the restaurant before you try and accept delivery orders! Can't fault the food which is why I've given this 3 stars.

I ordered my pizza online and arrived at the allotted slot. On arrival I was told that they ‘forgot to turn on the online order system’. Come on! Otherwise a great pizza, just call them.

Great pizza and really good quality. Quite buys on weekends, more quite during weekdays. Pizza workshop host kids birthday parties and workshop how to make pizza.

My wife ordered through Deliveroo. Pizza was cold and soggy , had no cheese and arrived half an hour late. Won’t be ordering from pizza workshop again !
