Fantastic pizza. Had the double chorizo and honey. Delicious food, fast service, friendly staff.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at pizzarova. I placed an order for delivery, which I was charged for, but the food never arrived. I waited well beyond the estimated delivery time and tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one resolved the issue. I ended up paying for something I never received, with no communication or refund. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of customer service. I will not be ordering from here again and advise others to be cautious when ordering delivery.

Had dinner here with my girlfriend when we usually order for delivery. We know how good the pizza is but eating in the restaurant was an even more enjoyable experience. Pizza came quickly and tasted great as always (best in Bristol). Service was warm & friendly. Overall lovely experience can’t recommend enough

Fantastic experience, incredible food

Excellent pizza with lots of options for vegetarians and vegans. The 'notzarella' cheese was really good. Super high temperature pizza oven makes the crust come out really nice. Staff are friendly and welcoming. There are a few smaller table options for indoor seating but quite limited so not for groups of people. Recommended.

Very nice pizza. Make sure you grab a cushion for the seats.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. Pizzarova brought seven of our eight pizzas, and we were CRUSHED. A tense game of pizza roulette ensued. Imagine my horror when I discovered I was the pizza-less member of the party. The alpha sprang into action, and immediately logged a call to the pizzarova control centre. No more than ten minutes later, the eighth pizza arrived at our door, along with a handwritten message of apology. Never before have I felt so valued by a culinary establishment. Please eat here, you will not regret it xxx

Definitely an experience that I would like to forget. I ordered online for collection, I arrived on time, I gave my order reference then waited for 30 minutes, after being told my food would take 2-5 minutes. I asked the server where’s my order, he then walked and got it and said “oh my bad”! This is unacceptable! I then waited another 10 minuets for my food! The sever was extremely unprofessional, shouting, using hand gestures and being aggressive! He was rude towards my partner as well, overall ruined the experience! I’ve been to this pizza restaurant many times and I’ve always enjoyed it but after this experience I don’t think I’ll be back!

Post covid, the menu has changed a bit, not doing lunch deals anymore, dropped in around 2pm, amazing 4 cheese pizza with jalapeño jam, with vegan nduja dip, excellent!

Great pizzas, even for those of us that require gluten-free food.

Fantastic pizzas - the sourdough base is perfect and the choice of toppings is very good. Can highly recommend the vegan options too! Also the roasted garlic dip is to die for! Will definitely be back when I'm visiting next 😊

Pizzarova is an amazing restaurant !! The service is really quick. The Pizza is amazing and they serve it warm. The Atmosphere is lovely. In total I recommend it.

The food was nice, pizza was a bit burned under but taste was still ok. Hand-made pizza with fresh ingredients. We were sad that they have just can drinks and don't have ice cubes for drinks. I know they keep the drinks in the fridge but it's not cold enough for me. The place looks great, nice and comfy. Tables outside are tidy and clean with some blankets and pillows.

Always great - the standard menu are all delicious, but the monthly special is usually where its at. Great vibe, and nice selection of local beers and other drinks

Last night I ordered a Marinara at Pizzarova Park Street, the least expensive Pizza on the menu. My guest ordered a Margherita Deluxe, which she really seemed to enjoy, but my Pizza was a very sad and floppy comparison. How can cooking a Pizza go so wrong? The staff and atmosphere were good and I didn't make a complaint because I did not want to spoil the start of our evening together, but I would not come back in a hurry.

Checked goggle maps for Pizza suggestions, this place looked good and meet/went beyond expectations. Friendly efficient service, hand tossed sourdough pizzas, couplerd with interesting selection of topping, kids could tailor to their requirements. From the recommendations list, I chose the Hot Honey Chorizo pizza, which was a fantastic, (new take on Pepperoni and Americano hot! Very good value for the quality of pizza.

Great little venue. Managed to get 10 people all seated together for my daughter's 13th birthday. Her choice of where to eat. Great pizzas, sour dough bases were perfectly cooked. Great selection of toppings. The staff were amazing. Pizzas were served pretty much all together which is good going, considering the number of us. You must remember this is not a restaurant and with this in mind my only gripe would be sitting on a wooden bench next to the window was rather uncomfortable, maybe add some cushions. Highly recommend this place.

EDIT: I have since gotten in touch with Jack at Pizzarova and they have handled it brilliantly. I genuinely can’t remember being subject to customer service this good. I returned to Pizzarova last Saturday and got a couple of pizzas to take away - they were fresh out of the oven when I arrived. We opted for the courgette-goats cheese-jalapeno jam and the vegan lamb. The courgette pizza was to die for, I’m a huge courgette fan and to see it paired with goats cheese - dream combination. The base was delicious and just perfect in every way. Now, onto the vegan lamb, quoting my partner - „best veggie pizza we have ever had”. I cannot wait to be back! Pizza was okay, came out really quickly. Nice selection of soft drinks. I was disappointed to find a human hair on one of the slices - I wish I brought it up at the time but felt too awkward. The coat rack being so close to the pizza oven is a bad idea - I’m having to have mine dry cleaned after a short visit.

Went for a takeaway pizza. The person working the front desk was very helpful and explanatory especially around the pricing. She even went out of her way to find out my waiting time. The atmosphere is very good and it feels norushing. Pizza was delicious

Favourite pizza ever with the best sauces!

Food 10 Mood 10 Service by all staff especially Kate was awesome. Healthy non bloated feeling after eating appreciated. Will be back!

Food was excellent, staff really friendly but they forgot to bring our sauces which we ordered and paid for at the till, they also forgot our 2 pistachios desert things (forgot the name of it) and I unfortunately forgot to ask for it after we finished our pizzas.

This place is simply awesome. We dived in last night (28th dec) for some pre-pub food. It was clear that they were short staffed, but the service was super friendly and attentive. The pizzas arrived after a short wait, and the silence that ensured after was testament to just how good the pizzas were. Honestly, I can't wait to revist this place again when only a pizza will do.

We popped in last night with our 3rd year old and I have to say the staff were absolutely amazing Our little girl was having a mini meltdown and they were really understanding and attentive even though they were obviously flat out with delivery orders coming through Pizzas are always on point the pepperoni and hot honey being my go to Definitely 100% recommend going if you haven't before

Brilliant service and delicious pizza!

Turned up around half hour before closing for a quick pizza. I was thoroughly impressed, the pizza was amazing, the quality of local ingredients, the dough was all 10/10. I'd strongly recommend eating here. Had a nice beer from Bristol beer factory too!

The pizza tastes very very good and I like the portion sizes. However they don't offer WiFi which is so basic and the chairs and stools are really uncomfortable. One stool was actually broken. Service is friendly enough if a little unorganised, they didn't seem to know which tables were free and which were taken.

Good pizza. Menu too concerned with style to read well. And watch out for the tree legged stools they are far from stable.

The pizza is OK. Nothing spectacular and a bit pricey. I added ingredients but was disappointed at the quantity, despite ending paying 17 pounds for a pizza and a cola.

The pepperoni and honey pizza is soooooo good! It's the sort of pizza that falls apart in the middle so difficult to eat but that doesn't detract from the taste at all. Staff are friendly and they let us eat our click and collect order at the restaurant as it was raining we didn't fancy walking home

Chicken pizza was very disappointing. Barely a few grams of scraps of chicken. Also, ordered roasted garlic mayo, but pesto sauce arrived instead. They did scribble on the box to advise of the "substitution", but they should have called to check I was happy with the replacement and/or taken it off the bill. To charge for something I didn't order is totally wrong. Am hoping this was a one off and that they will redeem themselves by providing a gift voucher. Let's see.

Not sure why this place has 4.6 based on our experience. Pizzas were average quality, service non existent and atmosphere lacking. Given overpriced drinks (£6.50 for a self serve can of independence ipa without a glass!) Definitely won't be returning as there are much better restaurants in the area

Pizza was good quality, those plates they use for serving it seems not been washed or using for ages👎🏼, is better to change them, not good feeling when you see them.when I’ve been there have to pay first which is normal but is better they take of tip at the start , when you didn’t get service yet

Probably one of the best pizza spots in bristol, I've only been to its Gloucester Road branch but I recommend it to everyone! I always have the double chorizo and hot honey and it's delicious!

Came in as a walk in. Had to wait 50 minutes and our pizzas came out at different times. They were burnt. Causing our fingers to go black. The toppings were minimal. Paid extra for chicken which was almost non existent. They also seemed to miss the pesto off of my pizza. It was a busy night but when you pay £15, I would expect better quality. Especially considering the amount of positive reviews. Overall, I’m very disappointed.

Very quiet when we arrived but gluten free options.

Brilliant margherita! Washed down so well with the Austrian white wine too. The till queue was a little long but it was a Sat pm, so as expected. A very causal ambiance, as it should be for pizza, with the kitchen staff even on display. Lovely piping hot pizza here – a really good experience!

My friends and I ordered via Deliveroo - they enjoyed their pizzas, good taste, lovely thick sourdough crust and decent value for money. Unfortunately, on the vegan pizza with rocket, there was what seemed to be gritty mud all over the top (see picture). I really don't know what it was - my friend suggested olive paste, but it really looked and tasted like mud! I complained to Deliveroo (who did nothing) and to PizzaRova via the delivery app. they apologised and offered me £15 off my next order with them. I will give them another go as the other pizzas were fine and I appreciate the efficient and honest customer service :)

My daughter has been bugging me for 3 days to leave a 5 star review of the delicious takeaway pizzas we had at the weekend. So there you go, pizza so good you're still talking about it 3 days later!

Had a lovely vegan pizza, all the elements seemed handmade. Not too much vegan cheese used but wasn't missed either. Super tasty. Was a quiet night but still not awkward and dead. Staff were good and friendly too

Went with my 2 year old as a last minute lunch bite whilst in Bristol googled Pizzas near us and maps brought this up as a suggestion thought we’d try a small business instead of going to a standard chain, the place was really busy for 12pm on a Friday full of locals and those on their lunch break from work and I can see why! The pizzas are all made fresh to order so you’re advised to wait around 20 minutes but absolutely worth it and nothing short of incredible! The most similar pizza place we have in Wales is Ffwrnes and this place did surpass it! Amazing. Also very accommodating for children! Will be back.

I ordered for pickup. I walked in the door and only had to wait a few minutes for a delicious, freshly cooked and very tasty pizza. I will be going again.

Pizzarova is an extremely reliable choice for pizza in Bristol. The srourdough base is delightful and the toppings used are of great quality. The service is a solid 4/5 every time. The Gloucester Road store is best, followed by Whapping Wharf, followed by Park Street.

Very delicious pizza. The food was fresh (orders the deluxe marg with hot honey) and the staff were friendly. The salad was nice too, very tasty balsamic!! Visited later afternoon, was nice and quiet with fast service.

Went here on an whim when in Bristol. Absolutely delicious food and good service. It's not pretentious or fancy. I had a ham, mushroom and caramelised onion pizza, my son had a margarita with ham and my wife a goats' cheese pizza. We were all delighted by our food, the pizza base was crispy yet soft, the sauce super tasty and the cheese and other toppings were good quality and delicious. The drinks were all good, especially my lemonade. It gets four, not 5 stars because the music was far too loud. It needs to be not as loud for a good dining experience, after all we're there for food not music! Definitely recommended and if I'm in Bristol, I'll be back

Discourteous and won't accept cash. Very rude manager although the staff seemed ok. Food smelt good - would have loved to have had the chance to have eaten some! Terrible.

Finally tried all the sites and still haven't left with nothing but a smile on my face. The pizza is always great, the staff at each site have been very nice and my friends who are visiting are insisting on getting the vegan pizza again before they leave! Pizzarova have it down!

Probably the best pizza I ate on the UK Why "yes" 1. Great sauce 2. Fresh ingredients 3. The Margarita Deluxe is fantastic Why "not" 1. Extra fees/commissions when you order (they don't have in house delivery service and they charge extra fee when you order online) Bottom line- a very good pizza especially if I compare it to the UK proposed pizzas, highly recommended

Not worth spending time and money! We visited pizzarova two times in the last two months and both were disappointed. Pizza ingredients were not fresh and the base were almost tasteless too. The opposite kebab shop do better pizza. Will not be returning

After a wonderful walking around trying to find the sacred art of Banksy I stumbled across this fantastic looking pizzeria and decided to try it . Glad to say I thoroughly enjoyed it . The staff were very friendly and attentive. I sat outside to enjoy views of the university and cathedral . The pizza was delicious. I went for a classic margherita and they delivered . The sauce was really nice and fresh in the mouth. The mozzarella was fantastic and the crust was superb. I ordered this with a cola and the bill was a little over £10. For me that is perfect value for money so definitely give it a try.

Very good pizza, haven’t tried many pizzerias in Bristol but this was delicious! Almost can compre it to pizzas in Rome, however if you are here it will be well spent money, nice place to sit, good prices, pizza was fresh

We got a pizza delivery and I can quite honestly say it’s probably the best thing I’ve put in my mouth. Absolutely delicious. I often find myself daydreaming about it. 10/10.
