Really good pizza. Simple as that.

My favourite pizza shop at Bristol! Very cute and cozy place to eat. This was my second time having the same pizza (no7). I had a takeaway last time at the Downs and this time I had it hot which was fresh and comforting. Very nice sitting by the window and staff was nice. I won’t be surprised if I ordered this again!

Literally never do reviews but Im obsessed with this pizza, if ur vegan u NEED to try this, the cheese isn’t dry or coconutty and tastes like mozarella. 1000/10 my fave pizza in Briz

Very good pizzas, we were pleasantly surprised, totally recommendable. The place is small and simple but nothing more is needed.

I was expecting minimum 4.5/5 pizza shop but after all it was disappointing experience for around 2.5/5 or 3/5. I've visited Pizza Workshop on Thursday evening at 6:15 pm and there were a couple tables free but I could see the staff is really busy. Starter (salad) was just a bunch of wild rocket and some nuts - totally overpriced. The pizza is alright and it's nothing fantastic specially for that price (in the Bristol centre where everything is with higher price you can get much better quality pizza for around £12). The ingredients are pretty good but its nothing amazing. Tiramisu was interesting, totally different than I expected and what I ate before in any other place. Staff was really busy and I couldn't catch anyone for most of the time. Everything was in rush but during the same time not really in rush. I felt a bit pressure to finish eating quicker but also for the tiramisu I needed to wait 25 minutes. Salad came after 2-3 minutes. Pizza came after 10 minutes. Why I needed to wait such a long time for tiramisu? No idea. EDIT: I have ordered the pizza once again on the Deliveroo to check if they have improved after 2 years however pizza quality dropped significantly. Each spot on both pizzas which I ordered had many burnt spots at the bottom, so each bite tasted more like burnt dough, not: tasty pizza. At the top, pizza edges were almost fully black (sorry, I didn't take a picture - I just removed it quickly because I was hungry). I looked at pictures from other reviews and not even a single pizza was close to be that burnt as mine. How it's possible anyone in your restaurant looked at that as said "fair enough" and send it to the customer?

We booked a pizza making course as a company event for 15 staff members. Lily and the team were amazing, kind and we all enjoyed the experience. We would highly recommend and will come back later in the year.

Brilliant pizza and interesting flavours

Beautiful derco and great pizza dough. The ham pizza is a bit Salty and not very juicy but the sausage one is pretty. Still good place to visit with friends though.

Really nice sourdough bases on the pizzas and great service. The vegan cheese is quite sweet and tastes coconut-based, so if that's not your thing then maybe give it a miss.

They had 5 vegan pizza options, all of which were genuinely good options, including fake meats and vegan mascarpone. Unfortunately they had run out of this mascarpone when I went, but my pizza was amazing regardless. They also have vegan Burrata as starter option, which I've never seen anywhere else. Sadly I didn't try this so I can't say whether it was nice or not but it was exciting to see it as an option. A vegan dessert would have been nice though - I'm not sure any of them were? Very friendly staff too.

I have used Pizza workshop for a number of work events and they've always been fantastic. They've delivered to us in the office, in the park and they've always been on time and the food is always highly praised by our employees. Most recently the owner was even abroad and very kindly helped us at 24 hours notice.

Took part in the Pizza School. Very enjoyable and learnt a lot.

Just went for an early dinner. We were lucky with our timing, as got busy about 10 mins after we arrived. Staff were really friendly and efficient. The pizza was so good! Such a tasty crust and topping were delicious. Vegan cheese added at no extra charge. We will come back next time we're in Bristol. Highly recommended.

It is a great place for all the family. Value for money and great sizes for children.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Pizza 11 was missing Italian sausage topping. Both pizzas arrived cold. Both of us abandoned our pizzas. Complete waste of money. A couple of frozen pizzas from a supermarket would have been better.

Delicious pizza and great starters. We had the mozzarella and macaroni cheese starters which were very good. Pizza was freshly made and very very tasty. Staff good too.

11 takeaway pizzas from here. None cut, none labelled. Particularly poor given there was a mixture of vegan, gluten free, and veggie options. Will be avoiding ordering from them in future!

Pizza is excellent here. They have a lot of choices, including both classic pizzas and seasonal options. I particularly like that they put a great amount of toppings on their pizzas, unlike some other modern pizza joints. Be sure to try their desert pizza with chocolate and bananas, too! The people working here are friendly, and the shop is cozy. I've also tried their boccas—like panini on steroids, made with sourdough pizza base—and they were delicious and filling for a reasonable price. I look forward to coming back here!

Great pizza, but they need to at least expect some people will want cutlery. Having to ask once your food is on the table is always a real service irk. Otherwise 5 stars.

Really lovely pizza & dips for the crusts 😋

I’ll start with the positive is that food is absolutely PHENOMENAL! Really very delicious and you can tell it’s crafted with care. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in regards to the service and standards. First we were sat near the kitchen, which we obviously knew when we booked as there was no room in the main restaurant, however we felt that in turn our level or service dropped too, we found it difficult to get anyone’s attention and were left waiting for about half an hour before anyone came over. The door at the back also kept getting opened for delivery drivers so when it’s cold not ideal, but we also overheard what sounded like an argument between a chef and someone outside. Completely ruining the ambiance of any nice meal. Further be warned that an automatic tip is added to the bill. I find this very unfair as the food is already on the upper end of pricing and a tip should be optional for good service, not forced down your throat. We did end up leaving a small tip as we felt the food was great but if the service could have been improved this experience would have been a 5/5 instead of a 3/5.

Delicious pizza, the tomato base was one of the best I have had out of Italy. Also a really generous portion of dip! Service was lovely and warm, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the music they had on. A fantastic lunch.

This is one of the most genuine Italian pizzas we've had in the UK. The waitresses are always extremely helpful and friendly. And the desserts are absolutely delicious. The place is a little bit loud, but not sure they can do anything about it. Sometimes you can wait for a good while for your food... but I guess that also happens when a place is good... it gets really busy... so all in all, it's wonderful!

We visited this restaurant on Saturday around 20:00. The pizza was delicious and arrived quickly. However, we were really disappointed by the customer service. The staff was so unfriendly. Each interaction with them felt like they didn’t want to be there (not just one person, different members of the staff had the same attitude). After we finished we were rushed to leave, they didn’t even ask us if we would like a dessert. It was the only bad experience that we had while visiting Bristol, and we truly hope that this was a one time incident

Sadly, inexperienced young staff let this place down. The food is variable in quality and as a sit down customer you often have long waits in favour of takeaway drop ins. They also have a serious fly problem. We won’t be back.

messed up my pick-up order twice in a row. Thought it would be rude to double check what you gave me but here we go again… The wrong pizza came much colder than the other ones, tempted to believe I’ve been dumped a left over or cancelled pizza. Thought you were cool guys. Daddy’s not mad, just disappointed. Won’t come back

Great pizza, whether eating in or having a takeaway

1. Booking was not found despite server not even looking 2. Had to wait and sit at an undesirable location 3. Had to wait 15 mins for menu, subsequently looked up the menu on our phones 4. Alcohol tasted weak, as if watered down 5. Pizza was super salty

Fantastic place - really loved my experience at the one on Whiteladies Road. CONTEXT This was my first visit and was very shortly after opening on a Tuesday and we were the first customers of the day, so my experience was one outside of peak time. I can’t comment on the quality of the takeaway service as I didn’t use it. HOSPITALITY The restaurant is very clean and inviting with it’s modern look. Toilet was spotless and very comfortable. Nothing extraordinary, but strikes a happy medium. Encourages community with it’s long tables and countertops with plug sockets for devices. It appears to be less of a restaurant and more a midway point between a cafe-style ‘sit anywhere you like’ vibe, eatery and takeaway. I think it does this well. SERVICE Even though it was the colleagues’s first shift, he did an amazing job and was friendly, efficient and approachable throughout and took interest in us by engaging in conversation. Keep him! Prices are decent for quality of the food. Menu was visually pleasing and not excessively designed. FOOD Food was excellent. I’m vegetarian so ordered from the vegan menu, of which there was a good, diverse selection; my friend ordered from the regular. Both pizzas were delicious and prompt to come out from the kitchen. The chef made them very well. The burrata starter (soft, creamy ball of cheese with pesto) was divine - a new menu item I’ll look for wherever I go. OVERLY PEDANTIC BITS The only criticisms are that the topping on the pizza was slightly irregular and that the base was very floppy. However, I’m not a pizza connoisseur, so this may simply be the result of being used to American-style pizzas as opposed to authentic Italian. My only request to the chef would be to take caution when building the topping! SUMMARY Overall, very satisfied with my visit. Would come often if I lived in Bristol and not in Kent. But I would certainly recommend to the locals. Compliments to all the staff - a good business! 😊

The best thing is the Italian accent of the girl who helped me. A pleasant, simple, comfortable place to share a good time eating with friends.

Ordered via Deliveroo. The pizza is nice - sauce and toppings are decent enough, the base was excellent, really enjoyed the fresh dough, cooked just right with a delicious chew. Only disappointing bit was the so-called garlic bread, which appeared to be just plain bread made from pizza dough with a smattering of dried herbs on top. Didn't have even the slightest hint of garlic to it, to the point I'm not actually clear if this is just what their garlic bread is like or whether they just forgot to put any garlic butter on mine.

Our local pizza place we get pizzas from here often! They use great ingredients and the pizzas are always cooked to perfection. The staff are always great too, they create a lovely relaxed but attentive atmosphere

We use this place regularly for take away and eating out with kids . Great pizza. Good value. Have never really had a bad meal from here . Always happy to return here

Great place. Ladies-servers are very kind, friendly and professional. Pizza was delicious! And the salad was fresh! We loved it. And as strange as it may sound but it is rare for restaurants and bars to keep their toilet clean. And they certainly do a very good job. So, top notch pizza workshop 👌 keep up the great service. Can't wait to visit you again next time.

Absolutely loved our meal here today. Had an aperol spritz and a number 08 pizza which were delicious, but what made our experience so lovely was our wonderful waitress, Simone. She was so friendly and efficient, and had a great energy. We’ll definitely be back!

Very impressed with the service and food. Lovely pizzas that the adults and my toddler really enjoyed. The waitress we had was friendly, polite and brilliant with my daughter. Overall was a really nice experience and will definitely be going back.

Hidden in plain sight! Had the chance to try their food and blown away literally the most tasty pizza I’ve ever had their attention to flavour is unmatched! Really fun and happy bunch of staff as well which makes a change from the bigger chain eatery’s 11/10 all day long.

Great pizza at great prices. It is a small venue so reservations are highly recommend, but you may luck out (like I did) and grab a free table for a while. It works because the service is fast.

Delicious pizza and Clear Head beer should be a mandatory in every place now with sober curious movement so extra star for it! Our waitress was slightly unhappy, which was noticeable and only 1 out of 3 types of ice cream were avalible. Otherwise the best pizza in Bristol I had so far!

Great pizzas, so good to have the option of vegan cheese on a meat pizza so I can avoid the allergen without having to go full vegan. However, there were no good dairy free/vegan options for dessert which is a pity.
