Such a good atmosphere in this pub. Came for a couple of drinks whilst watching the football with the comfy sofa and good range of drinks. Dougie the landlord is friendly and accommodating, has transformed this pub into such a good place to come for a drink and socialise. Will definitely be returning

Nice spot, great service. However the size of that "tattie scone" was an outrage (as a Scottish man living in Bristol). At £8, you'd hope for a couple of them let alone one at the size of a finger.

That was one of the best cafe experiences I have ever had. Food was great, the friendliest staff, and what a great feeling around the place. I worked here for the morning and was offered a charging point and Wi-Fi. This is attached to a homeless project called Help Bristol's Homeless, so you also know you are helping a good cause. It's a great example of good people, doing good things, for a good reason. Get involved, even if it's just for a cup of coffee. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and extremely welcoming.

He estado aquí bastantes veces ahora, y cuanto más voy más he observado que el propietario parece tener problemas con las mujeres. Está bien con sus clientas, a menudo siendo sarcástico de una manera bromista con las normales. Sin embargo, cuando hay hombres que son habituales allí y ninguna mujer (al menos no en el frente) , las bromas machistas se convierten en algo que podría esperar encontrar en un pub o en un partido de fútbol, pero no en un café, y se hace mucho hincapié en la hombría y la masculinidad. Si eres una mujer por tu cuenta, serás ignorada ya que no serás parte de tales bromas masculinas, y puede que no te sientas cómoda. No impresionado. Es una pena porque todo lo demás en este café es muy razonable.

Great place to watch sports and have a beer all brewed within they're own micro brewery, drinks named from the local streets, my favourite being the North street cider. The Beer factory has 3 main areas to watch sports in. And on some occasions can get very packed indeed. But the atmosphere, food and drinks are well worth the squeeze. Plus the onion rings are awesome, baskets of fries and various bergers.
