The best restaurants in Bath and North East Somerset South West

We had high tea here a little after noon. Everything was on point, the food, the service, and the atmosphere. We sat outside in the garden surrounded by flowers. All the service was fantastic but I especially want to thank Pratik for making us feel so welcome. Definitely try to make time for this place while you're in Bath.

Sweet and sour chicken with rice was amazing

Completely divine as always. Hubby and adult son choose croque monsieurs a piece and I selected the sourdough topped with fresh curd blackcurrants and honey - sublime. The food never disappoints. We were all feeling extra hungry and wanted to try the SOTD so ordered a portion of celeriac soup to share. Truly delicious and perfectly seasoned. Really some of the best food I’ve eaten at this welcoming and wonderfully decorated establishment ( a visit to their previous site I ordered a beetroot and mackeral salad) a real gem of an eatery with excellent selection of drinks ( licensed). The food and service was good but the whole meal was rushed and within 1hour and 10 minutes we were told that we would need to take our drinks out into the garden because they had a big group coming in and needed the table. Very disappointed as last time we went, we had a lovely evening. I think they should appreciate the small groups as well as the big ones, as we are the people who go back time and time again.

Entrega uno de los mejores pescado con papas fritas para llevar de la historia. Las papas fritas están muy bien cocinadas, crujientes y sabrosas... ¡como las mini papas asadas! Pescado maravilloso también. Esperando que este lugar pueda permanecer abierto

Pequeño café encantador justo al otro lado de la carretera de la estación. Hay muchos sándwiches y rollos diferentes y muchas tortas diferentes. Ideal para recién llegar o si necesitas recoger algo para tomar en el tren. Tampoco es caro, lo que siempre es una ventaja. Si estoy de vuelta en Bath sin duda volveré a parar.

Apareció la posibilidad de que pudiera tomar té de chocolate, lo que no pude. Pero compré té Assam deliciosamente fuerte y un maravilloso té de elefante acogedor

Absolutely lovely cafe and shop. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Excellent coffee. Nice-looking menu which we hope to sample another time. Good clean customer toilet. Really interesting range of cards and other goods as well as food etc in the shop. I went as part of a trip to see the village with my elderly mum and we were offered a very interesting information sheet to look as we drank our coffee and we were able to have it photocopied, which very much enhanced our walk in this interesting and historic village. Highly recommended.

"Order at your table" with their QR code, but it never works. Probably the worst WiFi in the UK. They never seem to fix this. Staff are friendly and food is nice though.
