Amazing how such a tight team turned the rooms around for each part of a wedding that I went to recently. The place is beautiful. Fantastic staff, good food and good booze selection. A wonderful place for intimate weddings.

Fantastic service by very friendly staff. Food is amazing and the environment very cosy and welcoming. Check out the bookshop which has recently won an award for Best Bookshop 2023!

I wouldn’t normally write a review after just grabbing a quick coffee but I just wanted to say how fantastic the service was here at Costa in Grove! Thank you!!

Fantastic food everytime, cheap and fast on the dot. Super friendly team every visit. Food is always pretty fresh and hot. Usually hot enough to take home if its about 5 minutes away. They are cash only business, Ive heard with trusted customers they do bank transfer? But cant confirm that myself. Theyre always welcoming and they will always be as friendly as possible!

Had heard good things about this place. We booked on Saturday as friends had been and said it’s best to book as it gets very busy and it’s not a very big place. We took our grandaughter- hubby had gammon and so did she and I had meatless roast. Didn’t have to wait too long. It was piping hot - we had big Yorkshire’s plenty of roast potatoes which were so crispy and a very good selection of fresh veg and gravy and then they brought a big bowl of cauliflower cheese out. It was like a home roast dinner everything was so fresh and no frozen veg ! We all had clean plates so that speaks for itself. We did have puds but shouldn’t have- chocolate steam pud with custard took me back to school dinners and jam steam puds with custard were oh so yummy. Great value for a great roast can’t wait to go again. Great atmosphere although a small place and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Go luck to them

We had a takeaway drawn in with the text that the Elaichi was back. Well we were told by the automated system it would be 1.5 hrs but it was more like 2.5 hrs, each time I called to chase why he hadn’t delivered, it was , the driver had just left, it was all cobblers, don’t know why I bothered as the food was awful the worst I’ve ever had, both meals were made with Tomato soup the Indian takeaway cheat ingredient and were watery awfulness - that’s the Chicken tikka masala and Murgh chicken both should have had creamy sauces but alas the tomato soup couldn’t thicken them enough. The only nice thing was the nan bread the day old popadoms and lack of onion salad that was ordered really was the final straw - £55 for two people us £55 I’ll never want to spend there again! Whatever happened to the old Elaichi, should have remained closed…

Honestly the worst chicken chow mein I've ever seen. Big lumps of slimy unseasoned chicken, oily noodles and about 5 bean sprouts that looked like they weren't fit to eat this time last year. Only ordered the one thing so I'm unsure about the rest of the menu but I don't intend to find out on the basis of this experience.

Disgustingly bland pizza, undercooked, soggy dough, no taste and stale chips. Worst takeaway I’ve had in decades. Avoid avoid avoid - threw it away
