Costa in Vale of White Horse

I wouldn’t normally write a review after just grabbing a quick coffee but I just wanted to say how fantastic the service was here at Costa in Grove! Thank you!!

To whom it may concern. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Justyna and her team at Costa Coffee Grove, Oxford. The whole experience from start to finish is exceptional. Having been a manager for Costa coffee/ Starbucks and Tesco Cafe. Justyna and her team are the best of the best. Service beyond expectations. Food and drink brilliant. Store standards and cleanliness are perfect. Made my day coming to this store and receiving this kind of service. Kind regards Mr Jeremy Crawford-Horn

The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The coffee is always great. It’s also always clean and tidy. Job done :)

I have been to all of the local Costas and this one is by far the best, located in Millbrook Square, Grove. The staff are exceptional. The manager is also fantastic. Top class customer service. Very friendly and welcoming. It is spotlessly clean everywhere! Very spacious and a lovely atmosphere. Of course they make amazing coffee too! Cannot recommend this Costa enough!

We have Costa all over the country and hands down this costa has the best staff, service and make the best drinks! Always so lovely when we are in there and always good at upselling cakes and goodies! My local and favourite coffee shop. Particularly the blonde lady who always gets our drink perfect

This Costa was clean and spacious. I didn’t have to queue and was serviced efficiently. Good selection of cakes available. No complaints on our first visit.
