Omg the biscuits cheesecake was amazing had an issue and they really went above and beyond to fix this issue with no fault of their own but I highly recommend the cheesecakes yummy

Started off good however on a few occasions I have been disappointed with the cakes as they’ve been on the dry side. I noticed the person would take a pre-boxed cake slice from a shelf instead of the selection in the glass counter so maybe the boxed cakes are a older than in the counter, I’m not too sure. Last time I visited was around the Queens Jubilee as they had frosted cupcakes in red white and blue. I bought one for my 3yr old son as a treat only to get home and find it was rock hard. Comes to something when a toddler turns down cake! I mentioned this to the young woman on the till the next day but her response was “well we can sell them for a few days after” which I don’t think was the correct response to a customer complaint. We now skip Sians and get something from Tesco next door. I prefer to support small businesses but consistent quality just isn’t there based on the times we’ve visited which is a shame

The cakes were brilliant and the service was amazing. Really recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth! The milkshakes also are superb!

Decent food and nice staff but not very well organised. If you order online to collect at a certain time, you’ll still be forced to wait in the cold for 35-40 minutes past your collection time along with everyone else who’s turned up to order. Happens every time and is a pain. I don’t understand why they even have an option for online orders if you still have to wait. They need to either honour your collection time or stop doing online orders, it’s so frustrating and I’ve never had this issue with any other food place before.

Abingdon Town Square, Abingdon EnglandAlways seen this in town and never been until last night. I actually don't usually care for kebabs, or usually take the time to review kebabs vans. However, Samis kebabs are prepared using quality ingredients with very high hygiene practices at a fair price and by a team with excellent service skills. So yes, I'd very highly recommend Sami kebabs.

Botley RoadReceived my items, my hashbrown was completely drenched and soggy. Cheesy bacon flat bread was MISSING THE BACON AND CHEESE IT WAS JUST BREAD. and my breakfast wrap was missing a hash brown?… this is absolutely abysmal. I payed my money for items and didn’t even get them made properly

Milton Heights Service AreaAbsolutely horrible! I went to this McDonalds because it was local, I thought it would be nice. I got in and ordered something, all the staff looked depressed and not wanting to be there at all! After about 20 minutes I got my burger but the McFlurry I ordered was on the receipt but was not with my food. I went down to the counter and asked where it was and they groaned at me and said the machine was broken. What a surprise that the machine is McBroken again. Anyways I don’t get money back for that. I started to eat my burger and realised there was pickles in it even though I customised it to have NO PICKLES.. There was hair inside the burger and the drink was half empty. By any means do not go here!
