Food was just standard hungry horse it's ok for the kids

10/10 service ! I had a lovely girl named Chloe serve me the other day and another girl (sorry forgot her name) they was amazing and really accommodating. Lovely team and really friendly with the rest of my family! Shout out to the kitchen staff! Doing a fab job! Lovely food!

Booked a table but no table reserved but didn’t matter too much, food took an hour even though it was not particularly busy but I was warned in advance, the burger was really great! Chips were a little cold but the burger was pretty good!

The food was great they and kind staff the wait was around 30 to 40 minutes wait so Worth it

Absolutely superb. Probably the best pub lunch we've had for decades! The steaks were cooked to perfection and the staff were so welcoming.

Had lovely meal, was very busy when we arrived as there was a football match being shown on tv. The delay of our food was not as long as they said it would be. I had katso chicken, delicious and nice and hot. Good value meal

Rude member of staff clearly doesn’t enjoy his job it’s not the first time either.

Popped in for dinner with the children as new to the area. The bar staff were very friendly and ready to serve. The food was enjoyed by all and great value for money. Jess our waitress was very attentive. The children enjoyed having the colouring available. We will definitely be back!

Such a disappointment, stood at an empty bar, no one serving for 10 minutes, the owner happily drinks at the bar, rugby on, plenty of people in and noone behind the bar

Only visit occasionally as we don't live nearby.However we always get good service and food and prices very good also.

The guys are great, always very happy and welcoming. Good menu and choice of drinks, we do love coming here. They now have EV charging too, why go anywhere else?!

Went on Saturday, place was buzzing as the football was on. Only 2 people serving so a bit slow. Mulled wine stone cold got that reheated in the microwave. Coffee was like warm milk. Obviously couldn't cope with it being so busy...shame.

Very Nice food and staff. Warm and nice atmosphere. Clean. Went out of their way and gave my daughter an extra scoop of ice cream. Nice touch!

The katsu curry is my go to, perfect portion always fills me up. I really love the atmosphere the bay tree has and the staff are always so friendly and can hold a conversation if they aren’t busy.

Had a great meal mid week, Katsu Curry with chips and rice fabulous service, good selection of food and drinks

the kids pasta was rubbery and inedible, the 8oz steak was 5oz at most and over cooked. and staff were not serving the drinks from the app without telling anybody. when queried about why we had 3 different contradictory answers.

Had lunch here on Friday with my grandson, I had the steak and it was lovely! Great staff and a really friendly atmosphere will definitely be returning!

The food was really really poor. Both my children disliked their meals (pizza and burger), and my kids are not fussy, even their puddings were tastless (churros and brownie). Cheese was missed off the kids' burger. The chicken on my salad was really bad. Lasagne wasn't great. All bog standard pre prepare food that gets heated up. Reasonable.prices and friendly staff, though. Nice atmosphere in the pub and good little park for the kids. Very kid friendly, but I wouldn't eat here again unless it was just a bowl of chips. The loud pub quiz was nothing like it used to be when it was a live member of staff. It's now some woman who isn't actually there blasted out over the speakers and loud adverts telling us all about macmillan cancer charities. Seems to be really impersonal. Sorry, Baytree.

On the way back to Worcestershire after a holiday on the south coast, and needed a place to eat. Stopped here by chance and glad we did. All three of us had lovely meals, and i can definitely recommend this pub. We also had great service from the staff, particularly from Natalia. The only thing missing on such a hot day is some air conditioning, not just for the customers but the staff too. Thank you very much.

Great food brilliant staff always making you welcome great for sports and always someone in pub that is approachable to talk with.

I visited this pub Saturday afternoon with my family for a meal. We found the food very tasty and extremely good value for money. Service was excellent staff very friendly very clean toilets. Found it to be nice busy friendly local pub. Would recommend and certainly will be going back again and again .....

Place needed a good cleaning. the seat worn out looks terrible . Land lord was not interested in serving. Chav pub comes to mind will never recommend this pub,

It was quite hard to find a clean table when we walked in. Food wasn’t great and it was cold when it was served to me. Service was slow too.

Overall a good experience and friendly staff, food was good.. just one thing was the building let the rain in from above the window frame so perhaps so repairs are required

We came here as a family group of adults, the woman behind the bar was not very smiley, and the food was ok The burgers were very over done and NO, we did not say anything, as it would have upset others in our group. However our server was great and the salad and fries were good, drinks were also good and a very nice selection. I would come back to try again, hoping this was an off day

Just had a meal nice and friendly atmosphere the football was on although I'm not into this was still a nice meal and polite staff nothing was too much trouble . Just been back to the tree and had another good meal and enjoyed the experience again the staff did us proud. Had a laugh with Tracy the landlady and chef of the day about my choice of well done eggs. Spot on as usual

It's a bit rough around the edges but it's not too pricey and the quiz is a good laugh. The kitchen closes very early and staff can be quite standoffish about seemingly innocuous things.

Had a simple pie and chips. The pie was too die for. Light,crusty and full of meat. Definitely worth the money and a return visit soon.

Appalling service, apparently drinks don't come with or before food. By the time we got drinks the food was cold. Bar staff were unhelpful and rude when we pointed out that there were no obvious signs to say this. A real shame this is our local, hopefully service will improve

A very friendly pub with good food and entertainment

We were told there would be a slight delay when we ordered and paid for our food. When it arrived an hour and a half later there was no apology or explanation, it almost seemed like we didn’t matter. I know that sometimes things go wrong for a variety of reasons but keeping customers informed and making them feel valued is surely a basic requirement for good hospitality.

came for a Christmas meal with family there was 22 of us so wasn't going to be easy serving all of us, but you did it, the food was Excellent well done Abbie, there was a que sometimes for drinks as there wasn't always a member of staff at the bar. but great service.

A huge pub. Not busy early on a Monday evening - a few people watching sports on the TV and a few families out for food. A few staff, no punters at the bar. Still not easy getting served. I bought two rounds - the first was abandoned by the bar staff nowhere near where we were standing and for the second, I had to walk the entire length of the empty counter to even get noticed. Value yourself more than this.

Food was good, though I wish I'd known about the senior menu before I'd ordered...beer was good (Speckled Hen), and lovely people 😊 ('twasn't a criticism...just wish I'd bothered to explore to full set of paperwork, rather than rushing in 😊)

Well liked with all ages, The Bay Tree has a good choice menu, very tasty. It can get busy, so booking is advisable.

The owners are very friendly and helpful, Tracy is lovely. Lovely Staff, sometimes can seem a bit understaffed but I guess that's just the climate these days with running costs.

Staff were incredibly welcoming as always, the food was delicious and my steak was cooked perfectly. The portion sizes are great value for money.

The bay tree is our go to if we want a nice family meal out that's not going to cost the earth and everyone's going to enjoy their food. Today we went for fathers day lunch; my husband had steak with added scampi to make it a surf and turf, I had the 3 mini plates - baio buns, chicken tacos and halloumi fries, one of my kids had the adults mac and cheese as there's not a kids version qnd gave away her garlic bread and my other had sausage and mash. We shared 3 desserts between us: Eaton mess, brownie and ice cream and a kids churros. Everything was banging! And they give military and blue light discount. Service is friendly and prompt. Plus there's a small kids play area outback so kids can come and go as they please whilst they wait for their meals. The atmosphere is such a chilled vibe and as always at the bay tree we had a lovely lunch out as a family. Thank you 😊

The bay tree provided some good food served by a helpful, enthusiastic lady who went out of her way to make our visit enjoyable. They were about to host a funeral when we arrived but they still had time to serve individual tables well
