Deja Vu in Vale of White Horse

Ordered online, for delivery changed to collection no issue confirmed order and they still get it wrong. Meat was dry, chips soggy, used to be god few years back, will stick will kebab van by the field

No salt on the wet chips, cold Doner, no salad in the wrap and this has to be the driest bit of chicken I’ve ever been served!

Used to be good but last order the chips weren't cooked, kebab was cold, garlic mayo was watery. And the bag was ripped and sauce was leaking out the containers. Phoned to complain and they said they would note the complaint and next time I should request for the chips to be cooked extra next time. Rubbish food and useless customer service, absolute waste of money. Wouldn't use them again

The chicken nuggets from this place were seasoned beautiful the chips where crispier than my rice crispy the donner kebab tasted like it was from a Turkish restaurant

Used to be really nice really tasty, not greasy but the one I had tonight was cold, full of grease, hardly any sauce. Not worth the price.

Nice pizzas, kebab's and fried chicken. It's my go-to pizza in the local area.

I placed an order for delivery. The food was delivered quickly, hot and absolutely delicious. The man that delivered my dinner was really polite and friendly, overall he is an asset to Deja Vu. Fantastic customer service and would definitely order from them in the future.

Food is always very good and reliably consistent.

Terrible, was cold had a wrap full of soggy cucumber and nearly a whole onion with 2 bits of dry chicken. Would not recommend wasting your money here. They did offer to replace it and told me not to touch the wrap I had they would collect it for some really strange reason standards are not high here.

When you order food in a restaurant and there is a problem with it, you can send it back. When you buy fast food, you take it home in hope it is at least reasonable and edible. I have just bought a mixed kebab from Deja Vu in Grove and there was so much wrong with it, it went in the bin. I was so angry, I couldn't be bothered to take it back and argue with the shop owner about it. - Pitta bread over cooked and hard. - Kebab meat over cooked, I might even guess it was left from yesterday or reheated from earlier today. - Chicken in such large chunks it was not properly cooked right through - Normally kebab would have salad consisting of red cabbage, onion, tomato and cucumber, maybe even green chilli's. A FEW BITS OF LETTUCE IS NOT SALAD. - I was asked what sauces I would like, I replied chilli Sauce and garlic mayo please. There was no sauces on it at all In total non-edible, NOT a kebab at all, just a complete waste of the £9.50 I paid for it. I will NOT be going back for another !

Placed order at 17:20 on Tuesday 27th Dec. Got a text to say it’s out for delivery at 17:59. I called the restaurant at 18:30 to ask where my food was, young lad was a little helpful but the woman in the background wasn’t being helpful at all shouting I’ll have to wait. 18:45 I called again, where is my food? I won’t be accepting it as my food has been in the car for 45 mins… The young lad told me he will call the driver. 18:55 the driver turned up, non the wiser I’ve cancelled it. So my food was in the car for 56 mins… who is going to eat that? I’m wondering if my food will come again, and fresh. It’s been 1hr and 45 mins since I placed the order.

for as takeaway it can't be faulted. good food at a reasonable price and always a friendly person serving you.

Be careful receptionist is very hard of hearing! Ordered spicey hot wings and 4 pieces of chicken to divide a meal with my husband. Got his spicey wings and 3 pieces of chicken, well 2 pieces and a very very slim leg without it’s skin. So ended up having 1 piece of chicken … receptionist excuse I only heard you say 3? But you repeated it back to me as 4?! Sadly Chicken was dry and tasteless go to KFC!

It would have been 5 stars but tonight we got a undercooked calzone. Wife being pregnant obviously couldn’t eat it. Apart from this was good. ( for me)

I was such a fan of this place and we used to buy from here regularly. I’ve actually got no complaints about the food, it’s generally quite good. It’s more the way it’s run. I ordered a couple of weeks ago through Just Eat with a delivery time of around 2.5 hours later. The food arrived over 2 hours early so not only were we not hungry or ready to eat but my partner wasn’t even home from work! We ended up reheating it and putting up with some very soggy and unappealing food. I messaged Deja Vu to explain that it’d come very early and got an apology but was told they like to get the food out as quickly as possible. I phoned to order recently and the young women on the phone was quite rude. “Hello?” “Hello... is that Deja Vu?” “Yeah.” “Can I order some food to take away please?” “Yeah.” Nah, you’re alright ta. There are plenty of takeaways around here that actually want my business so I’ll spent my money elsewhere.

Fantastic mixed kebab , cooked just right, son loved his chicken nuggets with chips and all delivered very quickly by the lovely bubbly Emma . Two thumbs up !

This takeaway sells super good cheesy chips and burgers and the meat is always on point, only criticism is that the kebabs come in a tortilla wrap style thing, which always seems to just tear and you get sauce all over your hands, tasty but be easier in a pitta bread

Absolute disgrace never order or eat here, chips wasn't cooked wrap wasn't cooked they charged me extra to deliver as well as makeing me order 2 big bottles off coke worst experience and will be in touch with management about are disrasfull experience

I have just ordered from here. I didn’t know that it was in Grove. The burger could of been hotter, but it was nice! I am guessing because how far the driver had to drive to drop the food off. I am glad I ordered from here, as it’s nice food. I asked for Cheese on my burger, and I got cheese! They are not stingy with it 😂 Garlic bread is nice too 😍

Beautiful food, genourous portion size, fresh and hot. Friendly service as well as a delivery service which is great.

Went here for a take away when I was to busy to cook. I chips were like cardboard they had absolutely no flavour at all. I think I managed a handful before putting them in the bin. The burger was a soggy mess and all I could really taste was the cucumber in it, that also went in the bin after 3 bites.

Every meal I have ordered has been very good, from chicken kebabs, chicken and chips, pitzas. they always deliver on time and the food is always nice and hot. my only niggle is they have put up the free delivery to £16.99 which is very hard to get to that price when there are only two of you.

Friendly owner and staff the donner meat is second to none. Always fresh and service is fast. I love deja vu lots. My friend Jamie Smith loves them too. And my friend Paul Brady loves them as well. My friend Nathan Adams likes the gozzy wraps!!
