A lovely lovely kebab place, very nice people who care about the food they serve. Alex is the man you want to ask for, his portion sizes and the man he is makes this places a solid 10/10. Don’t think, just go a buy a kebab

Over the last few visits we've noticed that the prices have escalated and they've cut costs on prawn crackers and complimentary chocolates and hot towels. Even allowing for inflation, we didn't expect to pay £25 for two pots of hot water and two spoonfuls of Jasmin tea (you could by a small plantation for that). There are equivalent quality Chinese restaurants in the area (Little Chalfont being one). the equivalent meal would be 20-30% cheaper, or better still go to china town and get stunning food (still cheaper than here). Or just go to the wholesaler Hoo Hing in Park Royal, buy a wok, and cook your own (even Dim Sum). Shan't be going here again.

I recently visited Angel Of Mercia with friends to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. The problems started very soon after our arrival. We were in the restaurant for 10 minutes and hadn’t even been offered a menu, we had to request them ourselves. At which point someone came over with them and highlighted that the sharers were unavailable. Now if you’ve reviewed the menu you will know there are only about 4 mains and then the 2 sharers so that’s a fairly significant thing not to have available on a Friday night. A member of the bar team then came over to take our drinks order and then informed us that they had no beer?! How can a restaurant have no beer on a Friday night, we were puzzled by this. The barman said that there had been a party the night before who had drunk it all. Now if you know the location of this restaurant you’ll see it’s in close proximity (walking distance) to at least 2 supermarkets. The team had every opportunity knowing close of business Thursday that they had no beer to do something about it, there is simply no excuse. Our drinks arrived in dribs and drabs and as time ticked on it became apparent that they didn’t care for our business. We waited 40 mins and didn’t get asked what we would like to order, not even a starter/small plates? They didn’t ask if we wanted another drink, literally nothing. So after 45 mins we asked for the bill which I of course had the service removed from because it was appalling and we took our custom elsewhere. As all of us exited the restaurant, not a peep from the Angel of Mercia team, not an apology or a thank you for even spending money on drinks there. I would not recommend here at all!

I have had the pleasure of dining and drinking at Bacchus several times, and every visit has been fantastic. Patrik, who is essentially the face of the restaurant, is not only a great host but is a brilliant chef where his talent and passion shines through in every dish he creates. The entire team at Bacchus is equally fantastic - friendly and dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience. On my most recent visit, Bacchus faced an unexpected power failure in the kitchen on a busy Saturday night. Despite the circumstances, the team went to great lengths to ensure that everyone still enjoyed their meal/night. The food they crafted under pressure was remarkable, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. It's truly impressive how they turned a challenging situation into yet another memorable experience. Bacchus is my favorite restaurant in town, and I recommend it to anyone seeking great Italian food and excellent service. Also a great spot if you are after great wine or cocktails. You won't be disappointed visiting Bacchus! Images are from my many fantastic visits

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The croissants are nice but not perfect, they need a little more bite. We gave them 6/10. The coffee was a bit disappointing, only 5/10. Great to see Monmouth beans used, but to be completely honest, the finished product is a level below independent coffee shops in London. The ratio of milk to coffee and water to coffee were off in our flat white and black americano, respectively. Still, nice place and I hope if they read this review they can take the comments constructively, because Beaconsfield needs a good independent coffee shop and we're counting on you!

Shame on you. Waited in restaurant for a take away and realised we'd been overcharged on 2 main courses. Quietly tried to sort it out and they gave us money back but then another member of staff came over and challenged us and whipped the bill from us. We've been going there 10+ years and the customer service is now simply disgusting. Rip Off Merchants.

Really astonishing how Riwaz can produce such great food for the price of the £23 lunch menu, i’m not sure I can remember when I last had such good value for money. My first visit but shall return and branch out onto other menus. Many thanks for such good service

Nice here and the bar staff know their stuff, so it's more pricey than your standard drinks. But happy hours run frequently so good value if bought then. Lovely mix of different flavours, well blended. But when empty there is no one, and when busy it's crowded so hard to get the right time :) favourite stop before a meal though!!

We've been here many times over the years. Feel bad writing this review. New Online ordering system, less user friendly than the past. Large Haddock - weird today. 2-3 months ago fabulous... Today. Wet, mushy texture in places, very "fishy" not like normal haddock at all. Pricing in store £0.20 less than online! Salt and pepper Squid . Without being phoned - was substituted for Scampi which is cheaper... Where is the refund? £0,55 cheaper... Southern fried chicken - food good - but the free Sauces (Dips) ordered with the Chicken - completely missing tonight when we unwrapped at home. A real shame. I'd been looking forward to it.
