Alfie runs one hell of a bar. Excellent selection of beers and the food is top notch. Very much recommend his burgers. They hit the spot perfectly whether you're lining your stomach for a sesh, or just looking for somewhere reasonably priced to eat. His customer service is always top priority as well. 👌🏻

Had an absolutely delicious cheddar and onion chutney sandwich, served by the most wonderful and welcoming staff!! A lovely, filling lunch, with a friendly atmosphere. Whether you are here to sit in or takeaway, the food is always scrumptious!!!

Our family are regulars to this cafe as it serves the homely flavoured dishes. Staff are always kind & welcoming. The place is slight small yet accommodating. Food is 10/10.

The best Chinese in Folkestone, simple as that, also I love that they have an open kitchen so you can see everything being cooked, it's the only Chinese we will use & the staff are always really friendly, highly recommended

Amazing nepalese cafe (licenced).. the food is cheap, drinks ice cold, locals friendly.. Edit; So my family returned after about 6 months and still great. I probably should be clear; it's a licenced cafe not a fancy restaurant.. went there for lunch on a Saturday and it had the football on TV in the background.. reminds me of Portuguese social clubs.. ...there were loads of very friendly locals, some were just drinking and some eating.. about 30% of customers looked nepalese.. The food took a long time (almost an hour) but was amazing and a huge meal for 3 (Inc 2 alcoholic drinks) cost £38.. obviously I tipped generously because they deserved it!!

The place is compact and has too many people in there using the bar aswell as the restaurant. Its a nice atmosphere but seems pressured because of space and customers. After ordering,they forgot one of the meals completely,until we asked where it was. The food was nice except the portions seemed small compared to the price charged. £6 for fish fingers,mash and beans child portion..

Lovely little hidden gem, inside of Toasties Cheriton. Customer service was so good she even phoned as soon as we ordered to let us know she’s making our gluten free waffle fresh so will be slightly longer and was then greater at the door by her and her daughter, what a delight.

Staff attitude is absolutely appalling! Will never visit there again. Dawns used to be the only cafe to go to, now it’s the one to definitely not visit. I would not recommend it to any new visitors and to anyone that previously went to Dawns… stay away! Don’t ruin your memories of this place.

Rubbish, it was stated on Google that they were opened, we drove 30mimutes to get there, and it was closed. Very disappointing

A genuine honest little place, consistently the best classic Indian takeaway in Folkestone for me. Easy ordering, decent value, friendly driver, tasty food. It's the little things - poppadoms perfect and pickles/salad are nicely balanced, Bombay aloo always solidly delish. Order often comes with random bonus poppadoms so feeling happy before starting the actual curry! Highly recommended 😋
