Shocking, bunch of clowns can't even make a pizza, hard earned money for bellow standard quality.

Get ready to witness a delightful experience! My kids absolutely adore visiting this place to collect their favourite treats. The friendly staff make the whole process so enjoyable, and the pizza is always incredibly delicious!

So bad! Gluten free pizza was so so burnt it was inedible. Ring them told they can't do anything have to fallout form online. Do this 8 days later get a reply saying sorry! That's it no refund no nothing. £15 I might as well just set fire to it or ate it. Thanks for terrible customer service dominos

Very good delivery service. Food is ok but had better from other pizza restaurants. If you have an urge for pizza and you are in a rush then consider this. But domino's generally is a restaurant you will either love or hate.

Slow delivery. Was told 30 minutes delivery time. Pizza took 50 minutes to arrive and was luke warm. Not pipping hot like it should be.

Domino's is like McDonald's or burger King, you've been to one you've been to them all..

Standard dominos get what you pay for.

Dominoes in cheriton. Great food. Food is always hot. Shame it's still card only payments but this is what it is.!

I normally pop in here or order from here once a month. Their food is lovely, the delivery is fast and if you pop in there the staff are polite and friendly. I normally get food on Sunday afternoon.

Positive : £12 for a large pizza instead of £20, pizza order was ready to collect within 20 minutes quick service warm and one of the best tasting pizza 🍕 we ever had veggie hot supreme wow 🤩

I'd give minus if I could. Took £30 out of my partners bank, just to say they didn't get the order. Said it would take 5 to 7 working days to go back in the account. Absolute joke of a company I definitely will never order from dominions the only good thing about your store is your dip

I love the fact the double decadence was put back onto the menu but I hate the fact that my pizza is never hot by the time it arrives even after taking more than 45mins to be delivered. 😑😥

For what you pay, the food is pretty rubbish. Management blame complaints on customers. I would avoid the Folkestone one. Go somewhere where the food is better and you're treated with respect.

Extremely tasty amazing pizzas (especially the BBQ chicken pizza and cheese burger one with stuffed crusts! ) with very quick delivery.Tues they do a buy one pizza and get one free which made it tremendous value for money.I would definately recommend their yummy pizzas

Phoned a head and ordered pizzas to collect, both ready on time and delivered with a friendly smile.

Received one undercooked pizza which was sloppy and cold, the other one had hardly any cheese and tasted rank. We order from them regularly and hadn't had an issue before - it's not like we are serial complainers. Called to give feedback and the manager was so rude and dismissive despite our £30 worth of food being inedible. He suggested when we next order we ask for our food to be overcooked as that's how we must like it. We offered to send photos or for them to collect so he could see the state of our food. He wasn't interested at all. Won't order from them again.

I loved to eat domino's but now days they stop doing half and half deals as they used to do. Because of that we have to order more pizza which cost even more.

Two for Tuesday and still over £20 for two large. Lockdown projects has seen me get into making my own pizza - I suggest you start were I started - The Pizza Bible by Tony Gemignani (I do not gt anything for this) because you will realise what a rip off and the quality you are getting. Do not get me wrong - I used to love Dominos and last night it was meant to be a treat after a long journey home. It was dry, the base was poor and the cheese had become coagulated in places like cottage cheese. It had split to become grainy. I know the website was saying there were supply chain issues but this just was plain poor. Seriously, if I can make the journey to making decent 24 hr fermentation dough, decent sauce, etc and save money so can you . Why should I waste £20 on this nonsense. Last night was the death knoll for ever having Dominos again. As someone one who hated pizza once said to me - it is just bread dough, sauce and cheese plus toppings - you are having a laugh at those prices. I would add to this but done well - it can be great food...

I like dominos pizza but I can’t afford after that. I used to eat every day. The pizza I was buying every day used to be with 3 toppings now it’s with 2 toppings, so I have to shop somewhere else! Lol 😂

Some disconnect on delivery occured and my food didn't arrive. When I called the location they were super helpful in rectifying the issue, remaking the order and delivering tasty hot pizza. Very kind folks.

Awful pizza. Me and a friend got food poisoning from this joke of an establishment. And to make sure it was the pizza that made us ill, I kept a few slices for the morning. Within an hour of eating it, my head was down the toilet. My friend and I made a pact to never eat another dominos ever again. 7 years on, we've both still held our end of the bargain and haven't touched this stomach churning, crud bucket that will always be in other pizza establishments shadow. Disgusting

Quick, easy, contactless collection.

I ordered two pizzas, one came with a piece of ham on it, when either of the pizzas ordered, didn’t contained any ham. Considering we are a Muslim family, we weren’t able to eat it. We rang the store, and the member of staff who answered the phone tried to make it as if it was an insignificant issue even tho when we explained the deal to him. He then offered to send a new pizza and didn’t say any more. When we got the pizza delivered the driver had a paper from his manager asking for the original pizza!!!. I then called the store very offended, I have been using this dominos for 7 years, never had a problem with them or they with me as a customer to ask for a pizza back! I told the staff We put it in the bin so we didn’t give it back to the driver and she asked me to take it out of bin??!!!! Incredible! So bang out of order!!! So disappointing...

Just had a horrid pizza not cooked properly, too much tomato sauce & VERY few mushrooms! Not very hot either. For near £20 it was appalling

Every Tuesday four elderly ladies get together to talk of their friendship going back to the 1950s. They always ask for KFC for their lunch. The Cheriton, Kent branch just cannot be faulted. The presentation of the establishment, the customer focus of the staff, and the flavour of the chicken always exceeds expectations. Simply brilliant! 👍

Always have stomach issues after eating

Loved it, pizzas are hands down the best. I can order as I’m leaving home and it’ll be ready by the time I get there (increase your delivery zones, my god). Food is always amazing, staff are friendly and courteous, never had any problems.

We recently ordered pizza from dominos and only two people ate it. Those same two people experienced nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and a fever. The pizza tasted lovely though.

It is what it is. No thrills walk in and pick-up pantry. Staff are always polite and professional. Little seated area if you are waiting. Parking is at a premium.

The worst takeaway I have ever used, rude and unhelpful..

Tuesdays. Two for one ‘delivery only’. Two for one any size’. Two for one ‘medium and large only’. I hate how Dominos contradicts, confuses and obfuscates a simple menu. It feels dishonest.

We don't often have pizza but when we do we go to Domino's in Cheriton. The quality and the service is very good.

Nice polite lady when we arrived and the pizzas were made in about 15 minutes tops and they were all very nice.

Always a good pizza but they do come at a premium price. Delivery is quick and the moped lads are always cheery, even when it's pouring with rain. Never had a bad one and will return again when I saved enough dough (get it?) for one of these bad boys.

I have been buying Double Decadence pizza from here for years, the only decent pizza they do; I hate to think how many thousands of pounds I have spent on them. Now they have discontinued Double Decadence, I will never buy another pizza from them again.

The tomatoe and mozerella salad was absolutely disgusting, was a rip of for the money 3 tomatoes and 3 mozerella balls and the rest was filled with leaves that tasted like they had gone outside and picked them of a tree! Very disappointing to be fair! But apart from that the pizza was good

Yesterday had to wait an hour for my pizza, when I finally called they claimed that driver arrived and we didn't one the door. Then they tried to redeliver driver called me and immediately hung up, I then tried calling twice but he dropped the calls, so I called main office and they asked me to go out and look for driver myself, he was standing on the corner of the house with stupid look on his face. I guess it my last order.
