Moos used to be really good, however I'm so frustrated that the last few times I've ordered from them our food has been inedible. I had a gluten free crepe previously and they re done the order twice and both times it's came riddled still with pockets of flour not mixed in properly on the third time I had no choice but to change my option which I still didn't eat because it really was horrible. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we ordered again but this time I went for a normal crepe to reduce the risk of it being messed up except the crepe tonight was solid! I could not eat it, £10+ for a crêpe and they somehow mess it up after taking an age to get it made and delivered. 100% I will not be going back. It becomes awkward when making deserts are supposed to be their speciality and you're having to complain multiple times yet they still mess it up so this time I didn't see it worth while to get it changed.

Normally has a long delivery time but this time the Food took over 2 hours to arrive, they kept changing delivery time. When it finally arrived everything was stone cold. Milkshakes there are normally brilliant but even they were really bad. Milky bar tasted more like coconut than chocolate. Sadly unlikely to order again.

Ordered 2 milkshakes and milkybar cookie bar and the xookie was stale and hard. Block of chocolate was disgusting rung up too tell them it was stale and they told me it’s meant to be that way. Definitely not meant to be stale love

Just ordered food from moo and I have to say the apple crumble is by far the best crumble I’ve had and will order again :)

Only good thing is the milkshakes and even so they should put more ingredients in to actually taste the flavouring. Delivery is absolutely ridiculous and have to wait well over and hour/ hour and a half for your order just for it to turn up stone cold and taste chewy and hard like reheated cardboard. Plus the drivers always drive off without giving the ice cream that comes with it, couple of occasions I’ve called the shop to complain or mention missing items and one particular occasion the person on the other end was rude and kept ending it when I was speaking and wasn’t being very helpful. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I wouldn't trust them. Waiting for 40 mins whilst it was 'on it's way' then a few mins before the shop closes, they cancel the order. Won't try this place again.

Why have you stopped doing cookie pies??. Probably the only reason I would put up with waiting over an hour for anything from your store. ** TWO WEEKS LATER Still no cookie pie after saying it was coming back to the menu soon.

Ordered from here tonight for me and my partner ordered a pork rib burger delivery was quite quick but when i opened the food the burger was a microwave pork burger from rustlers in a different bun won’t be getting another order from me

Ordered delivery and the waffles I got were delicious, but a bit smaller than I thought it would be with the price point. Worth it though

First off- fantastic sundaes! Definitely get your money's worth 😄 Secondly, people don't praise enough when a business gets customer service right; they made a mistake on our order tonight- pure human error, partly due to my partner's picky order- but that awkward phonecall was dealt with so kindly and professionally we are 100% happy to order again. They solved the problem for us in such a fair, non judgemental way so thank you Moos!

Where do I start. For the 3rd time now the order has been wrong, delivery is an hour later than stated on JustEat, workers are rude and just clearly don’t know what they are doing.

Horrendous order tonight, was much better last year. All savoury food is random frozen food that has been flash fried and the crepe I had tasted stale and barely edible

Always late and warm (yes a warm milkshake). They say 25 minutes then it’s 1:30. Called for an update and was greeted by an extremely rude person…. Order at Roka in Sandgate or Fireway I wish I did!!!! Never again…

The delivery was on time, unfortunately the bun with the burger was soggy but it was warm. The milkshakes are great with a very wide choice of flavours.

I've had so many problems with this place recently, and yet another tonight. Last time I ordered they where an hour late and turned up with wrong order. Then tonight I get my sundae and the waffle is burnt and I have about 2 bits of strawberry considering its a strawberry sundae. Phoned up and got told it wasn't burnt and that there seems to be a problem with my orders alot recently like it's my fault. I said well maybe you should all be retrained. I know a burnt waffle when I eat one. Told nothing can be done rudely. Definitely gone down hill last year or so. Very disappointing. Need new staff or present staff to be trained again.

Stay away from this place. Ordered twice from this place. Both times order never arrived. It takes more than an hour to deliver desserts. Chinese takeaway is faster than these guys. Lady on the phone was rude as well. Never ordering again.

Lady was extremely rude on the phone when I asked if I could collect an order instead of have it delivered. But they insist on the £2 delivery fee. Pretty sure I can just go and sit inside, order then leave with it. Ridiculous and rude staff. Had I been told that they don't accept collection in a nicer way, then I wouldn't have had an issue. Indulgent food. Lovely staff. The delivery drivers are rugged and handsome.

This was the first time we had ordered from Missy Moos and we had to wait for sometime. I was very disappointed with the presentation of the items which were just left on the doormat. I do not have a problem with social distancing but it would be more hygienic if the items were all delivered in a support container or something. The Sundaes were tasty and great portions but they were just left in their normal containers on the mat. The cookie dough was like sludge stuck to the paper but at least that was presented in a box in a plastic bag. Unfortunately it was not what I expected and I was unable to eat it.

Oh my goodness, where do I start! I ordered at 19.25 on just eat. Half an hour later (20.00) the the order still hadn't been confirmed. Phoned up they said they had trouble with their WiFi (fair enough, everyone has WiFi troubles) and no orders have come through. I was told to cancel and reorder. Right. So I go to cancel it, click on the cancellation had to have a chat with some robot from Just Eat. Didn't feel safe so went back to the order... By then had been confirmed my order. Right. Phone up the restaurant to see if they did get it. Yes, everything is confirmed. Great. 10 minutes later (20.10) order is on it's way to you. Great. By 20.40 still not here, phone back up, they said it's just left a few minutes ago and should be with you shortly. Brilliant, thanks. Waited 50 minutes (21.30) phoned back up. So sorry the ticket never printed out it's ready and we're waiting for your driver to come, I've had enough even offered to come pick it up myself. No honesty my driver will be here soon. Waited another half an hour. 22.00 (they close). Right that does it, I type their address into Google. Oh look, a 4 minute walk around from where I am. I walk to where they're restaurant is... Nothing there. I go into the nearest restaurant and ask where they are. They've moved to Cheriton. Great. Phone them back up, not happy tell them how they have been messing me about for the last 2 and half hours, they say my order was sent out 100 minutes ago. As if. This is ridiculous. I tell them I don't even want the order now and tell them to cancel it. They tell me they've been really busy doing 100 orders a night... If so then why are they not organised? Why are you not used to getting an influx of orders? I would of left no stars be couldn't post without so I'll give the 1 star to the lady would remind calm while I was ranting at her. But other then that I never got to try the food and yeah, the restaurant messed me about for 2 and half hours. Thanks for dictating my Saturday evening 👍

Delicious churros and sundaes, just my recent order had a diet coca cola instead of a regular one and no sprinkles (and I sooo wanted the sprinkles! :D)

A tub containing three scoops , one each of Missy Moo's sorbet inventory, and after that citrus taste explosion, that is what sets me for the sun on the high street.

I have been visiting (pre covid) and having regular deliveries from Missy Moos and it's clear the standards are going down hill. Overcooked donuts, over an hour deliver (for £2) and a slice of tart that tasted awful for nearly £4 (extortion) Sadly, it seems that Missy Moos have got greedy and by the looks of of her reviews are not endearing themselves to long term customers. Shame, as it was a nice place

The managers need to return... We've been going here for a number of years and it's always been a lovely treat. Today was an unprecedented disaster and lesson in how not to do customer service. I had a problem with the food and drink, in fact my throat still hurts from the sharp, black item I found in my daughter's food. I was told it just burnt waffle and perfectly edible and they all come with that, baring in mind this is specifically meant for under 5s!! I was also told that I couldn't have a refund because we'd eaten most of it. I said we didn't find the bad part until the end as it was the other side of the plate. So when my older child joined us later and her cookie dough arrived, practically raw I took it up straight away and could hear the girls moaning about me in the kitchen, she then had the cheek to tell me that that was how that it was meant to be (we've had it at least 5 times in the past and it's never been like that), even when I brought our other cookie dough with us as a comparison. I asked when the manager was in so I could call and was told.... as and when and I would mostly likely get the unpleasant girl in any case. I'd sent my coffee back in the first place as it was too strong and tasted of salt. This was all in front of my kids, she said I complained about everything which I did not, but equally aren't we allowed to complain is something is wrong? I have never had such a rude waitress and the audacity to think it's OK to behave like that and especially to tell me that the manager would tell me the same thing. £22 later, no refund for disgusting food and you have a very unhappy, long standing customer who won't be back.

Not clear from outside that this cafe was children specific. Popped in for quick cuppa and snack. Noise was horrendous, kids screaming parents ignoring. Blotches of damp on ceiling. But loos clean.Took 12 mins to get served; 2 teas, 1 sorbet, 1 cake. Took 20 mins to arrive. Was actually very nice. But nearly £13 was outrageous price. Don't go if want quick, quiet cuppa. Your reply. Good idea to read other criticisms of other visitors. You'll note that most of the low star comments regard the poor staffing levels and the noise. Even when the cafe cleared the waitresses did not clear the tables. If the owners are called away then ensure staff are competent and not teens out to earn a few bob doing as little as possible I . Don't think your reply will encourage anyone to make a repeat visit if they've had a poor experience. As an owner you can't take your eye off the ball. And paint the ceiling!

A ice cream parlour with a range of options. All portions are huge but they can provide containers so you can bring the leftovers home. With everything covered in syrup, chocolate and ice-cream this place is not for the faint-hearted

Not my cup of tea really. The decor made me feel like I woke up In a teenage nightmare 😂 I would say it's a good little desert place for kids. I found the staff to be really really slow but maybe it was just an off day!

Food is good, prices are on point but would've been nicer if younger relatives of staff didn't jump all over empty booths as if it were a play area. And at 7PM leaving the door wide open is surprisingly chilly. Had to ask for it to be closed.

this is an absolutely amazing place to eat and or go for dessert. they have all several bases ; such as waffles, pancakes, doughnuts ect. and there are so many options for toppings. personally, the best one to buy is the kinder surprise on the waffle, with whipped cream. you can even customise your own! I would totally recommend this place, as well as desserts they have ice creams and milkshakes if you are not in mood for that. the portions are quite big compared to the amount of dessert I would usually have. luckily they are not so big they are overwhelming, buy just the right side of big. finally, they are affordable even for broke teenagers and how they appear to be rather similar be to

Closed when it should have been open. Arranged for family to meet us there what was disappointing as we like to support local businesses. All 12 of us went to Kaspers in Canterbury instead. That was open!!! Won't be trying again.
