The best restaurants in Sevenoaks Town and St John's Sevenoaks South East

We love this little gem, right in the middle of Sevenoaks. A good, varied menu, excellent service and great coffee and reasonably priced.

Absolutely amazing food, just the right size portions and a great atmosphere. Enjoyed by our party tonight. Packed on a Wednesday night. Luckily we booked and would advise anyone of thinking of going to do the same.

I was with a group of 10 ladies. We had the special lunch menu and we all had 2 courses. Every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed the meal. One friend turned to me and asked how do they do, that all 10 of us have been served and the the different fish was hot but moist, in fact just right. Delicious thank you Also the staff are very pleasant and do everything to make the experience very enjoyable.

We had lunch at this gem of a pub in beautiful countryside near Sevenoaks in Kent. We received a very warm welcome and our waiter was charming. My wife had the fish pie and I had mussels and both meals were delicious. We can recommend the food here and we hope to return soon.

If you would like to try some nice and tasty food in a good atmosphere then this is the right place. All members of the staff are very nice and polite,especially Mustafa,he is the best. Really recommend this place.

Nonna’s has been a Sevenoaks institution for many years mainly due to the great location and very good breakfasts. They stood out from the crowd due to the quality of the food with excellent ciabatta’s and poached eggs, which went together in a winning combo. Last year they started to get mainly bad reviews due to the prices getting out of hand so they have had a change of direction and got rid of the thing that made them famous, the breakfasts. Hopefully they will do better now they have slimmed down but to get rid of the amazing breakfasts, which is what they were famous for, doesn’t make sense to me. With a slimmed down staff surely they could have continued to offer this. I wish them well but the draw for me has gone and they move towards a more generic coffee shop. No ciabatta, no poached eggs, no pancetta, eggs Benedict… gone. A shame but a sign of the times.

As my husband turned 60 at the beginning of the month we decided to celebrate with 30 family members. Our obvious choice was Ephesus’s due to their location and always great standard of food. They went above and beyond our expectations!! The food was not only superb and plentiful but it was the service given by all staff involved. I can’t rate this highly enough and would 100% recommend

Good selection of their own baked cakes and pastries. Don't take cash, only card which is a bit if a surprise for what is a converted container, and have to purchase a £2 coffee cup to take away. Friendly staff though.

Lovely authentic family pizza and pasta restaurant - second time we’ve been back and this is a gem - nice pizza, salad, pasta, desserts and a decent glass of wine. Would definitely recommend it to anyone with kids or who fancies nice pizza or pasta, will return.

Popped in for a late breakfast when we missed our normal post park run reward breakfast. Portions are generous , and a very good selection, but the food was very disappointing, greasy, and felt like it had been fried without a fresh pan (charcoal taste). Given the good reviews I was surprised. Worst still though was the service. Made a mistake with our order, then went to charge us for the correction; not a big deal, sorted at the till, but no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake, young waitress was extremely unfriendly, and miserable throughout, we left feeling like we were not welcome, so won’t be in a rush to return. It’s a local business so deserves the benefit of the doubt, so I hope it was just an off day!

My husband and I love this place, the staff are always so friendly, they welcome dogs and even have treats on the counter for them! A regular stop after a long walk through Knole Park, this is one of the few coffee shops in sevenoaks that serve you coffee, rather than having to stand and wait to take it to your table. The buns are so tasty, in particular the cinnamon buns which are far better than another high street brand! Cosy banquet seating and tables in a wood panelled old bank. Would highly recommend

Half empty sadly, great show with lots of audience appreciation. Feels like it's been refurbished. The seats were comfortable enough, but a bit narrow with very little leg room for a reasonable length show.

I often don’t write reviews but this needed it. I ordered a chicken Naga dish paired with Egg fried rice and a cucumber raita to refresh the taste buds and it was absolutely delicious. The Naga dish was bursting with flavour and well balanced. The rice was very good too. Well done! I wish I’d tried this place sooner. It’s under stated for sure and I’ll be coming back soon.
