We go to kebab land every week as an absolute treat. The service is brilliant as is the product. We have it delivered and always on time. Lovely friendly staff would wholly recommend

I made a collection order by mistakes after that i call them to cancel the order because I’m so far to collect the food. They didn’t cancel Also the person speak with me very rude. I lost my money.

I love the Queen's, my fave local for years. Full of great peeps, most who are trades and have all helped me in one way or another. Proper old school pub with honest, decent people, if you take the time to say hello!

Ordered at 20.10. Food didn't arrive until 21.55. Was cold. Was only 4 items ordered!

Lovely kebabs great delivery service

This used to be a really nice restaurant. We should’ve known when nobody was in there, but we put it down to the time we arrived. The waiter was pleasant but there was no atmosphere and the food was bland! The deserts were frozen. I had to use a knife and fork! Disappointing and I felt for £27 per person with one lemonade and one lager overpriced! When I go out, I like to have food that I can’t cook and I’m sorry to say I could’ve cooked at home at less than half the price.

Absolutely brilliant food and service

Original delivery time was 20 mins but too closer to 40 minutes. One of the pizzas had the quality sticker broken and looked to be dropped. Meat pizza was very greasy and not enjoyable

Busy understaffed we had to drink from take away cups as they had no clean cups. The Barista was working very hard.

Had three different bookings, mention that to the gentleman in reception who was very nice and he straight away told me that he will make sure that I don’t need to change my room during the whole period. It’s very easy way to a win win . Parking was only for blue badge holders, needed to move my vehicle to Addlestone one car park, but at least is free so no need to pay. Dinner was amazing didn’t left anything in my plate. No alcohol was served due to license issues only soft drinks. But alternative options were there. I’ve enjoyed my stay with premier inn Addlestone.
