1st off can't believe Addlestone has a Premier Inn 🤣 Joking aside, it's a lovely friendly place and as I've come to expect with the chain the beds are super comfy. Price is what you'd expect to pay for a hotel these days. I have to say the staff have always been so friendly every time I've stayed here (on about my 5th stay!)

I Regularly stay at this hotel as my family is nearby. Slowly getting a bit tatty. My 5year old tablet will no longer accept the WiFi but my phone was fine. Hope this is just a blip? Staying again next month time will tell.

No Sleep!! I use this PI regularly, however this was the first time I was located on the first floor just above the Waitrose supermarket. The cleaners were banging around from 4 am below and I could not get any sleep. At 4am it's too late to move rooms. Only the chef around at 6.15 am when I departed. Don't stay in a room on the first floor!!

Unfortunately the room we were staying was not fully clean, found a packet of empty smarties and a silverfish in our baby’s cot. Very disappointing. I let the staff know and I hope they take action.

AYOUB IS BRILLIANT! We were a huge wedding party this weekend and on behalf of ALL the guests, we would like to shoutout Ayoub and the wider team working with him, everyone was so helpful, went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and accommodated. He is friendly, approachable and no ask was too much. My only feedback (and reason for 4 star) would be for management to sort out the room allocation card machine. It created a lot of additional and unnecessary workload for Ayoub and his team when room keys stopped working. He and the team did their best to help us, but management need to do a better job of ensuring all the tech works properly to support its staff in doing their job effectively.

Great stay at Addlestone hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the bed was superb. We had problems with getting into our room and the card not working but the staff were always friendly and got it resolved straight away. Would stay here again.

Good place to visit Thorpe, Chessington and Legoland from. The carparking is free but it's a short 5 min walk from the hotel.

Stayed here many times. Great place if you want to be inbetween Thorpe Park and Chessington.

We were visiting family for the weekend and the hotel was ideal. A clean and well equipped room - simple but sufficient - with a surprisingly comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free parking nearby was ideal and breakfast just great. We recommend it for a short stay any time.

Clear signage along the way near to the place to wherethe hotel is should be installed as it was very difficult to get to the hotel

The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are a good size. The restaurant on the other hand. I would give 1 star on tonight's performance. I waited an hour, then what I though was my meal came out, my partners meal was no where to be seen and mine was freezing, the hostess came back out and told me it wasn't my meal and took it away from me. 10 min later the chef ran the bell to say there was food on The pass, the food stayed there for another 10 mins. I then told them I was leaving as I am diabetic and needed food right now. As we were walking out the hostess called us to say our food was ready, this included the food that had been standing for over 10 mins. We promptly left. Will not return.

Parking was less of a hassle than what it seemed and free once verified at check-in. Staff are very welcoming and the usual standard of rooms you'd expect from a premier in. Excellent stay, lots to do nearby

A lovely Premier Inn, clean and comfortable, freindly staff and manager, breakfast was great, I spoke to the chef while I was grabbing my bacon and eggs and she was really helpful. There is a Waitrose next door which is very handy, plenty of takeaways and restaurants within walking distance and Thorpe Park is a 15 minute drive away. There is free off site parking at Addlestone 1 (free when you enter your reg plate at reception) it is secure, clean and a 3 minute walk away, I would suggest using the Waitrose car park when checking in and offload bags, this car park is ANPR and free for 1 hour, there are Blue Badge spaces available but I'm not sure if they are also 1 hour only.

enjoyed good night sleep and very comfortable but took 2 stars away because there was no orange juice or apple juice for breakfast on the 2 nights we stayed only had cranberry juice.or water. no excuse, especially as there is a shop right next door very disappointing update. orange juice provided this time

Stayed with my husband to visit family who live locally to Addlestone. Room was great. Can’t complain, even A few treats in our room which was a lovely touch. Staff are great in our opinion! We had two young ladies check us in, they were helpful and very welcoming. It was a pleasure to see their bubbly personalities the next morning at breakfast they definitely made a good start to our day. We intend to visit again, thank you!

What a great little hotel. Good location. No long term parking directly on site but not far to the car park. Check in was easy with a special mention to Stacey who was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, plenty of it and tasty!

I went to have just the buffet breakfast with my family. The staff, food selection and value for money was excellent. Reception staff was great and welcoming 😀

This Premier Inn is absolutely terrible, the service here is poor, booked a table for dinner and was told to come back at a later time than booked and was then given a list of food that wasn't on the menu which seemed larger than the actual food menu itself! It seems there is either lack of funding for this Premier Inn or poor management. Would NEVER stay here again, and do NOT recommend this place. Unsure how this even has a 4.2 rating at the time of writing this.

Been there twice now. First time got a room allocated that wasn’t cleaned at all. No eggs for breakfast, Friends got double instead of family room. Thought I’d give them another chance, guess what? Got a double room instead of family room. Staff very slow to resolve, ended up stuffed with 4 in a double bed as it was already past 12 in the night. No compensation offered. Can’t recommend, won’t stay there again.

Unfortunately, the room was not made up to the required family set up in arrival so had to visit reception (no phone in room) to get resolved. My 3 year old climbed under the bed only to reappear with a cotton bud and lighter so we asked again st reception on us leaving for diner that the room be hoovered as clearly had not been done properly. No cot for our 1 year old when we returned to the room after dinner so overall a terrible night's sleep with a wriggly 1 year old in the bed and a room we had to ask to be cleaned properly.

Stayed 3 nights this week. 1st room was dirty and just couldn't face tge bathroom On checkout discover needle plastic covers under the bed and other bits Second night the bath and sink covered in hair where the cleaner had not cleaned or swilled a dirty cloth over everything. Took stuff out of room and they were going to clean room. Checked back in and nothing was cleaned or bed changed from previous night. Asked for it to be cleaned and told they would do while eating and when I went back up not touched. The restaurant waiter said he would break off from serving food to clean room. Told him not to do it as (he is serving food and don't want bathroom mess on people's food) Also told they won't sort it if I leave till tomorrow Another member of staff was fired this week Can't get showered in clean room Not happy Ps the car park is not with the jotel but a multistorey one 5 min walk away as the one outside is 1hr only for the supermarket

The hotel seem managed by a group of kids who do not know / do not want to work. Terrible service, avoid at all costs. I stayed at the hotel for business reasons. The day of my check out I asked for my invoice. They mentioned me they would send it via email. which was never the case. In the last 3 days I had to call them more than 10 times. Only 3 times they actually answered the phone: - 1st one: they took my name and email and promised me they would send the invoive over the morning - 2nd one: in the evening they deeply apologise saying they would send the invoice in the same evening - 3rd time: they kept me 20 minutes saying they were trying to find my booking (which according to their colleague was found the day before) and suddenly put me again on the line for other 15 minutes, at which point I decided to hang off. - Tried to call again during the day multiples times with no asnwer. In conclusion I still could not get my invoive which I need for getting my business expenses, this is ridicolous and completely unprofessional.
