Kebabland in Runnymede

Been getting Kebabs from Kebabland for over 30 years when it was in the High street. Ive never found a better Kebab shop yet and ive visited quite a few all around the country and locally, the food has always been superb all through the years and they have the best Chilli sauce, salads fresh. The guys are always friendly and portions are large. Nothing is ever perfect but I really cant fault them.

Ordered the chicken doner. Kebab itself was decent. £1.50 for mayo seems excessive and charging me £15 when the menu says it’s £12.90 is just poor customer service.

So we order 2 kebabs online with salad and Source £20.50, 30mins later our food has arrived!! Opened it up and no salad!!! So on the phone now and they said we didn't pay for the salad but if they looked at the order properly you can clearly see we pressed the option with salad I have it on my receipt. So the have ripped me off and the way they spoke to me on the phone was so rude

Place has really gone down hill. Donor meat and burgers taste like rubber. Chips are cheap and nasty. Very poor quality food. Glad Beef King has opened next door!

Amazing food but forgot the chilly sauce on the Kababs

I asked for wrap and got soggy Pitta bread. The lamb tasted funny and the chips were warm and soggy! Normally use Byfleet Kebabs but they were not delivering.

if i could give it a 0 i would. Been waiting up the hospital for an hour now i ordered at 8pm it’s now 9pm, the food has just kept saying “preparing food” never once said your food is out for delivery anything. it got to about 10 minutes ago so i called, and they claimed to have said they came half hour ago and we wasn’t there! they app tried calling me multiple times (which they never done any!) then had the absolute cheek to ask me where i am in the hospital… sooo you tried to deliver the food but you didn’t even know where i was okay….? then said we can send the food back out but it’ll be stone cold!! absolutely fuming with this… payed £40 for just 2 meals aswell!

Your price's are joke you would have too be off your head to pay it £4 for a can of coke WOW

Have been eating at this place since it opened, the food has always been amazing.. since management change over it has gone down hill!! tonight we found a black hair wrapped all in the donner meat then took a bite of my burger and ended up with a hair in my mouth from that too 🤢🤮 called them up to report all we got was then shouting down the phone questioning the length of the hair!! They weren't looking to give us a new order or refund so we ended up hanging up after they just kept shouting down the phone!! I have pink hair so no chance it was mine!! Will never ever return to this place!!! Also it was £25 for 2 burgers, box of donner meat and wedges this used to cost us £17.50!! Stupid prices!!

I have used kebab land for years, have been going there since I was a kid but since the new management the prices have gone up a ridiculous amount! £7.50 for a cheeseburger and £10 for a portion of donna meat??! And that’s a small portion in a burger box, it’s literally doubled in price.. disgusting price’s! But it’s £8 for Donna meat&chips and salad? Not sure how that works out? I won’t be returning!

This place is very popular and very busy on Saturday night. Had large mixed shish with salad and chilli sauce. The pitta bread was placed in the lid of the container. Well thought out as this can become soggy when incorporated with fillings. Hot,fresh,tasty and plentiful. We will go back. Great kebab House! 😀

Visited a couple of times now huge portions and fresh tasty food.

Love their kebabs, still drive from high Wycombe to pick one up every couple of months.

Kebab Land has been our go-to kebab place for several years and a cheaper alternative to a curry or Thai. However, the prices have shot up ridiculously since the last time we used around 6 months ago! Used to be around £27, now £44!! (we always order the same). Just ordered a curry for the same amount of people and came to £47. No brainer.

In my opinion is one of the best kebab places in addlestone always friendly and get your moneys worth everytime

Started using Kababland a couple of months ago, friendly staff and accurate with there timings for collection and most of all fantastic food.

Best Kebabs in the area and I've tried most of them. Very generous portions, tasty and freshly cooked. Salad is crispy and fresh. Staff are always friendly and all for a good price. You won't go hungry here. Highly recommended.

My friend enjoyed her chips, especially as she insisted she doesn't eat meat to the staff, lol. They were friendly and were patient with us drunk women.

Normally this kabab shop is good but today i rang and complained as everytime i ring they know straight away where its getting delivered to but today they gave us different food and missed out things i asked for put the wrong chicken in the kabab missed out my chips i asked for then tried to argue with me on the phone saying i didn't ask for them.. Plus having the cheek to over pay us then tell me to pay another £2 so i can get my chips... Never going there again. In future when your talking to customers on the phone, pay attention to them instead of talking to the workers in the shop then maybe you might get the orders right

I REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!Highly recommend for everybody!The guys always working hard for the nice,tasty food!The vegetables always fresh,clean,the doner is always well done roasted,not dry,juicy enough and mmmmmhhh..that taste is...OOOH MY GOD!I am there and I order the foodage from them,when I can.I can highly recommend for everyone:TRY THEM !!!...and they don't will make you disappointing

They have a misconception on reviews. On top of that they have zero care for hygiene! Tried to force my partner to pay in cash for dodgy reasons, they changed their price three times when ordering.. Also extremely rude no thank you when taking the food they were lucky it was late and my stomach was rumbling!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

10.30 pm place is shut and locked up. Advertised till 12 midnight closed. Worked all day, no food for me tonight. If i knew i would have got a sandwich from little tescos, Now everwhere is closed and i will have no dinner. Last time i go here.

We have used Kebabland’s delivery service many times sometimes three times a week. This time my order was completely wrong, when we called to say this the staff member started shouting that they had the order right. My housemate placed the order and I heard him place the same order will always do. This comment was ignored by the staff member on the phone. I asked them to check our previous orders against our address as we order the same kebabs each time and they still refused to accept they were wrong. I was then told to just eat the order, which I explained again it wasn’t what I ordered and paid for. I asked if the driver could return as it has been just dropped off so I could get my money back or a new kebab and was screamed at that they were now closed (21:00). The call ended when the staff member shouted they have done the best they could. Which was nothing, no refund or correct order offered. Each order is worth £30 - £40 each time from us. Hence this review and our money will be spent elsewhere after this unpleasant experience.

Horrific customer service from the "manager". Although the wrong order was sent, twice!, I received not only no apology but was treated with utter disrespect and was humiliated. I was shouted at and put down after disputing the order and was told "it wasn't their problem". Being a loyal weekly customer, I am absolutely horrified by the lack of professionalism and utter rudeness. The food is usually cold but we ignored this seems it is the closet kebab shop to our home. Would highly recommend going elsewhere having been treated like this.
