Omg how cold is it in the place. I just got told by staff that the owner does not like putting the heating on, gonna take food home now. Hope the food is OK.....

I just had a gluten free brownie as I have Coeliac but they did not tell it had nuts in it . Luckily I’m not allergic! It tasted soggy and sticky, not nice at all. I asked for soya milk hot chocolate, luckily I checked as they made me with normal milk and didn’t even Apologise ! Then made one with soya that was cold . Disgusting 🤢 and terrible service! You definitely need to rethink your recipes for GF and learn to be polite ( the guy not the girls ! )

Food is good and authentic. I am not sure why they are closed for past one week. I have been going in evenings and it says closed.

Ordered from here today, first time, absolutely amazing Haleem and keema aloo, fantastic real home made vibe.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had tonight. I called this pizza place at 10:25 PM to place an order, well within their listed operating hours, and was met with a rude and dismissive attitude from the staff member who answered the phone. Instead of providing basic customer service, the person on the line was curt, unhelpful, and clearly annoyed that I was calling. If your business is still open at that hour, your staff should be prepared to treat customers with respect — not make them feel like a nuisance. I’ve enjoyed the food here in the past, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable and makes me think twice about ever ordering again. Management needs to seriously address how their staff speak to customers, especially over the phone.

Food was very poor, tried this place twice now, both times very dissapointing, won't be using again.

Almorzamos el domingo aquí, y tengo que decir que la comida era bastante buena. Mala elección de asados, antes de las 2 pm, con solo pollo y cerdo en oferta. La carne se agotó en este momento. Pero todos los elementos del asado eran sabrosos. El personal femenino era genial, pero los tipos detrás de la barra podrían hacer con la capacitación de servicio al cliente. El tipo que recibió el pago de la comida realmente no debería estar frente a la casa. Profundamente desagradable, y literalmente ingresó la cantidad en la máquina de tarjetas sin comentarios, y se fue. No volvería, pero como digo la comida está bien.

Estaba en el RBH para una cita y necesitaba comer. Fui a la calabaza y encontré que tenía una amplia gama de bocadillos de comida caliente, incluyendo encantadores rollos de salchichas. El servicio fue muy amable y rápido. Precios razonables y acaban de cambiar su gama de alimentos.

Pedí pizza con papas fritas. La orden fue aprobada, consiguió el código de orden de entrega. Esperé 40 minutos sin ninguna actualización y sin comida, pero recibí una notificación para decir que el restaurante había cancelado mi pedido sin una razón. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente NO pedirles una desgracia absoluta de una empresa!

Evitar Evitar Fuimos aquí en familia 5 como celebración El servicio era terrible a pesar de que el lugar estaba lo suficientemente vacío y el aparcamiento es una estafa. llenamos el ordenador al entrar en la tienda, pero literalmente 5 días después recibimos un PCN de la policía civil apelamos con una copia del recibo de kaspas y hablamos con la sucursal que dijo que el aparcamiento no tiene nada que ver con ellos y no pudieron evitar mirando hacia atrás en la tienda de ordenadores que se supone que te exime como cliente. así que estaba atascado con una multa de £ 100 que hizo nuestra visita muy costosa a 130 para helados! no recomendaría a nadie
