Evitar Evitar Fuimos aquí en familia 5 como celebración El servicio era terrible a pesar de que el lugar estaba lo suficientemente vacío y el aparcamiento es una estafa. llenamos el ordenador al entrar en la tienda, pero literalmente 5 días después recibimos un PCN de la policía civil apelamos con una copia del recibo de kaspas y hablamos con la sucursal que dijo que el aparcamiento no tiene nada que ver con ellos y no pudieron evitar mirando hacia atrás en la tienda de ordenadores que se supone que te exime como cliente. así que estaba atascado con una multa de £ 100 que hizo nuestra visita muy costosa a 130 para helados! no recomendaría a nadie

Multiple Rude unhelpful staff - particularly rude short male staff member with an attitude, could barely pour a glass of milk. Definitely not family friendly so I wouldn't take them based of that experience.

Kind of frustrating to find no real options for any dietary needs. In this day and age it feels like they’re falling short on a large enough group of diners that they could do more about their current offering.

Although one of the gelatos didn’t arrive which we paid extra for the deserts didn’t disappoint. Had the white chocolate strawberry and banana waffle. Was amazing. Went here Christmas Eve with 20 of us and got served perfectly. Well worth a go if you’re in the mood for deserts. The waffles are so light.

Awful. Do not attend. Walked in on Friday night full of loud noises rude staff and the stink of bleach! A code required for the toilet which did not work adding insult to injury. The food - that tasted like the bleach used on the floor was a waste of money. Extremely overpriced. You’re better off going to the Tesco around the corner to buy yourself a desert.
