I arrived to Reading station yesterday early for for my train to work. However all trains were delayed due to a tragic incident. If was quite sad for me and I asked the people surrounding coffee any further updates. The lady serving coffee was very comforting. I even caught my work train the following day and ordered again and she checked in on how I was! So kind. Little things matter. I hope she is recognised.

Ordered a to good to go bag from here thinking that they would be open until 6:00pm like it states on the website, arrived there at 3:10pm and they were closed! Not happy at all.

Poor quality drink. Poor quality customer service. Made me a drink, it wasn't the drink I asked for. I explained that it wasn't right. They made it again (simply spooned foam onto the milk which shouldn't have been there), so that wasn't right. I asked for a refund, they refused to give me a refund. I asked for head office details, they said there isn't one. I explained I needed to catch the train which had just pulled in. They said I can't give you a refund, but I can make you another drink, perhaps a latte. I explained that I did not have time to wait and I didn't want a latte. Don't waste your time or money here. I will try to get my£2.40 back, but the moral of the story wait until Caffe Nero is available at Paddington.

Little pricey as it's a station kiosk, but the server this morning was absolutely lovely

Exceptionally overpriced! £3.89 for a bacon roll that I would argue probably isn't bacon 😫. To say I was a tad disappointed on my morning commute when I taped the exstautatinate £6.89 for a green tea which I later discovered had milk 😱 and a sandwich I couldn't bring myself to finish.

tastes like the machine hasn't been cleaned in a while, very bitter and like the water pipes are very dirty. Not nice

Coffee was over roasted and tasted bitter, almost burnt. Plus one star for the fact that they have vegan milks, minus two stars for the fact it's 50p to change milk! Absolutely disgusting that the more environmentally friendly milk is charged at such a high price. There's hardly a difference in price at the supermarkets these days, and so for coffee shops to keep peddling in this outdated manner is disappointing. Overall, I recommend that if you can avoid this place you should.

Just a joke, the £4 iced late was actually an iced Americano with milk. When I said that's not how you make an iced latte 'Well that's how we make them here' No cups for iced drinks, so it was given to me in a hot coffee cup and then lid was not correctly secured to it spilt down the front of my suit. Obviously they don't care about reviews because of the captive audience.

Really like the coffee from here and use this one regularly when passing through Reading Station. Member of staff this morning not the most friendly or helpful which is unusual. Usually receive excellent service here.

Bought a cheese and ham panini. Dry. Poor quality. Ham full of gristle and no detectable spread or butter. Inedible and for approx. £4.50, a disgrace!!! Stars out of 5 ....minus 5

If I could give this a zero I would. So rude customer service and charged us the wrong order twice! Overpriced sausage roll that were tiny and not asked if we wanted any sauce! Very disappointed and not a good start to our train journey :(

Worst place to buy food on the platform. They made me wait 10 mins just to bill a bottle of coke although there were very less customers

Expensive, but decent quality of paninis and if you're in need of a quick snack. Staff are nice usually, but heating the paninis takes ages especially if you're in a rush!

One of the worst places to buy food on the platform! Purchased a drink and a wrap from here, which came to around £7! I was expecting a decent level of quality. What I got was a wrap full of gristle and a whole spring onion stuffed down one side! Would not recommend.

I have visited this Burger King on a few occasions and the customer service doesn’t seem improve. The shift leader that served me didn’t greet me at the till or really acknowledge me. Another colleague was just sat on the counter. Very unprofessional. Won’t be going here again.

Purchase of large Cod and chips at a cost of around £8.90 Whilst cost is not everything the size and quality of the fish was dreadful. A small piece of fish, in fact the smallest I have ever been served in a chippy when ordering a large. That was a small issue, the cod was clearly not very fresh, it was old and grey and mushy. The batter was ok but nothing better than you would get on a precooked supermarket frozen fillet. In fact an oven cooled supermarket option would be preferable. The chips were cooked probably for the second or third time, were very fatty, however they were refried at the time of purchase. If it wasn’t for fact they were hot the rating would be 1 out of 5. So disappointing.
