The food was absolutely delicious—freshly made with super tasty flavors. The staff were really friendly, and the vibe of the restaurant was awesome. 100% recommended!

I recently dined at Anatolia Turkish Kitchen and had an incredible experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal. What truly stood out was the amazing staff; they were attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Anatolia Turkish Kitchen to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!
Have wanted to visit for so long and then ended up visiting twice in the space of a month as it was so nice!
The food is very authentic and delicious, and I love that it is a family run restaurant too.
On both visits, I had the crispy pork which was SO nice (hence why I had to have it on my return visit!) and it was a tough choice as there are so many great dishes to choose from.
The service was excellent - friendly, efficient and polite.
Conveniently located in the heart of Portsmouth.
Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!
It was my first visit today. I have been following them on instagram and their posts make the food look amazing. The look of the cafe is gorgeous, reminds me of Spain. Bright, open, airy space and at first it looks quite small but there is loads of seating. There is an upstairs floor, more seating up another flight or stairs and then a cute little garden if you fancy some quiet. Unfortunately today I had already had lunch but I did go for a cake. There was so much selection, at least eight different options which looked equally delicious. I opted for the coffee and walnut cake which I think is the moistest, most delicious cake I have had!
I have never tried matcha before and on the menu there was some interesting sounding varities like pistachio. I chose raspberry ripple and the staff member was knowledgable and helpful when I asked for some advice on what to choose. The vibe is great and the staff are warm and happy. The speaker was a bit loud where I was sitting so I asked if it could be turned down and without skipping a beat she replied it was no problem and did it straight away. As you can tell from my glowing review, I will be returning many times!
Had a lovely brunch, with my family, at Melodys today. Portion sizes were very generous, and the food was delicious. So nice to see a genuine independent cafe, still run by a local person who cares for her community.
On my fourth time eating here, I am still always amazed by the rich quality of the food and the generosity of the service in this place.
I've been craving this Venezuelan touch since my last visit, so I dropped in for lunch by myself and ordered an arepa Sifrina and some empanadas queso.
I was welcomed by a lovely lady who encouraged me to try and order in Spanish. It felt very encouraging, like I was being invited to appreciate these delicacies and that I should try to order as a Venezuelan if I can (I can't, my Spanish is terrible, but I'm glad I tried).
The arepa I ordered was perfect, always, cooked to perfection, with a delicious fresh taste in each bite.
The empanadas were filled with a molten white cheese, complemented by a refreshing salsa quesocaca (coriander & avocado dip). Combining the crunchy and chewy texture of the empanada with the lush flavours of the salsa, it is a match made in heaven.
It was the perfect amount of food and I left wholly satisfied.
Best cafe around. Don’t be fooled by Kye’s cafe being in a builders merchant that you’re going to receive a greasy horrible breakfast. All good ingredients and great service.
I didn’t even know this wonderful shop was here. They closed at 3 but I was desperate for a colouring gel and the lovely owner stayed open until 3.45 for me to get there. Amazing shop amazing owner. Thank you…you have gained a new customer in me and my friends 😊
The food was ok, but the service was embarrassingly slow. When we arrived there were 3 other tables with guests. We waited over 40 minutes for 12 pieces of sushi. Tasted fine but having waited that long, most food would! We then needed to wait another 20mins after that for fish and chips.
Staff apologised for the delay and gave us copious tap water. Once food was served no one checked to see if we were ok or needed anything more.
There are better places to go for a dinner of that standard.
First experience of east african food, and had vegetarian platter with chicken wot. The bread was extraordinary and delicious complementing the other food. Piped ethnic music was pleasurable and staff and service were excellent. We will be back.
Incredible service wonderful staff and really nice drinks 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area. Are also dog friendly and serve dog ice cream for our four legged friends
