Ignore the negative review. They got confused with this establishment and another next door. Joseph and his team are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Trust me when I say that. They are all Galatasary and me and my wife are Besiktas. It's nothing but football banter and stories of the beautiful country of turkey. The food is a timely reminder of bodrum and the wonderful smells and grill hiss of my favourite Turkish city. Food amazing Boss man amazing Atmosphere amazing Staff amazing Just a shame they are all Galatasary but I can't mark them down as they allow me to eat every week!!!!! teşekkür ederim arkadaşıms Kartal 🦅🦅🦅

Absolutely terriable. My donner wrap was cold , like stone cold. I took it back and they made me a new one which was also cold. The shop was very dirty with donner meat all over the shop floor. This place needs reviewing. Not good !

I popped into subway yesterday at laigton riad maidstone and I can honestly say I haven't been anywhere else in a subway that greated you so nicely the staff werenso friendly and very nice smiles and very tentative to what I wanted.. credit to them lovely team.. 25.3.25

Meal was okay, over cooked potato’s but the issue was, the waitress tried to take our plates when we were still eating, then 50 mins after being first seated and still with full glasses of drinks we were asked to leave as they wanted the table for a couple. The manager did say please but it was a passive aggressive request, that we felt we had better not challenge. No puddings for us!

Good staff and very good service.. We came down today at 12pm to find out that this place is closed but quiet clearly on the website it's saying it is open been coming here for a while now but my views are going to be start changing soon....

I am a regular here and always friendly and polite staff.. they know exactly how I like my coffee.. woodnt want to go anywhere else.. when any of the women serve me they are always helpful and I do love a apple pie with my cup of coffee.. very much recommend this place

Awful coffee. It was undrinkable so we returned 3 full cups (either burnt beans or a chemical taint in the water) and just got shrugs from the staff. Also. Also very expensive - you’d be better off visiting McDonald’s which is saying something!

World's worst Chinese I've ever had dry plain taste of oli throughout uncrispy batter.. pan cake roll is absolutely horrible

If I could give 0 stars I would. Order took over 75 minutes to arrive and one of the mains was missed. Phoned the restaurant to tell them this and was told its definitely in the bag, Promised a refund that never arrived and no further contact. Definitely one to avoid!

Tried for first time. Not good. Chicken in black bean very bland. Shredded chilli beef soggy and not nice. Won't be going back

i was waiting for about 22 minutes and after waiting for about 20 i had to ask for my food which i then received but ended up not getting everything i ordered.

The service, the staff attitude and the food was disgusting. The food was luke warm and thrown together without a care for the brand or the customer. Would avoid in the future.

The staff have got such an attitude in there and can’t be bothered to help . Talk to each other instead of to a customer and when you tell them the food is cold they pull a face at you
