First time here The Breakfast was fantastic Only £7.99 with Tea/Coffee and Toast Highly recommend

Fries were raw, jacket potato with shrimp still frozen on the inside. En pie was tough and barely warmed up in the microwave. Glasses dirty and tables sticky. I've never had such bad food.

As it’s cold out I decided to have my lunch in here to experience “the boss” speaking to a just eat delivery driver like an utter piece of dog crap on his shoe! The driver (a small man) left his bag on the floor by the bar whilst waiting for the food, and the boss. (Very tall and stocky) put the bag on the bar and said in a very aggressive manner whilst in his face “ are you thick in the head, someone could have tripped” in front of staff and customers. He then walked up the stairs huffing and puffing. The staff apologised on his behalf to the delivery man. The delivery driver looked mortified (I would have said scared) when I finished my food (about 3 minutes after this) I asked to talk to the boss but he was not available. I will never be going into this establishment again and will encourage friends and family to steer clear of this place to.

I had a very good experience. Food was absolutely spot on and was absolutely delicious, couldn’t fault it what so ever. The young man was very polite and always served with a smile! Handy to have a date issued newspaper everyday to read too! Must better atmosphere and food since this young man has taken over! Keep doing what you’re doing! I will be back, all the best!

Disgusted by Lee Murphy's behavior tonight, a complete disrespect to this company. As someone who has spent a lot at this club, you have lost my business forever.

The best spot in the whole of Hastings, completely wasted. Such a shame.

This place is vile. i ordered a beef pizza as soon as it got here my partner opened it up and didnt see a problem first slice until we soon then realised was a bad idea. my partner was choking it was horrific after 6 mins continuously trying to catch his breath and get whatever was stuck out! it wasn’t just anything it was a peace of METAL!! i then contacted the shop and got nothing but abuse and got accused of trying to scam this shop! pardon im furious by this and have contacted the business owner after going back and forth and taking no accountability hes no longer responding. the customer skills are appallingly. please don’t order from the hastings shop! especially if u have kids couldn’t imagine if this was anyone else and how dangerous it could have been.

This place has god downhill. Very poor service. Guys handling food with bear hands, and wiping hands on apron. Dirty toilets. Tables not cleared or cleaned (sticky). High prices. What has happened to this place that used to be a reasonable stop for a snack. Avoid.

I have ordered food about 2 hours ago and still i haven’t received the food and I have paid aswell, I have call them more them several times and no answer and no update.

Absolutely disgraceful service! We rang with our order to be told they had no tandoori chicken. So we had to change our order. The order came and was all wrong. We rang them back and asked for a new pizza and wedges to be sent! We had to wait an hour for this! My little boy was supposed to enjoy he’s take away with us but instead had to sit and eat on he’s own! We spent a lot of money ! The woman on the other end of the phone could not understand a word of English. I’m not happy at all! Your customer service is awful!

Manager Jake and crew trainer James did excellent with my order, thank you very much, was prepared and ready in seconds, finished order and food was ready :)

Went with my partner today to try the new burger only to be given burgers with mould all over the buns!! Absolutely disgusting! Went up to the desk to challenge them about it and there was no care given no apology just here's your money back! Also I'm pretty sure a drug dealer went out the back with a male member of staff the whole place stunk of weed!

Terrible. Our food did not arrive. We chased up, it still took ages. The staff were arguing. The food was overpriced and underwhelming. Do not recommend. There are so many better places in Hastings to have a nice breakfast.
