I have ordered food about 2 hours ago and still i haven’t received the food and I have paid aswell, I have call them more them several times and no answer and no update.

Can't comment on the food.... Still waiting 5 hours later. Tried calling countless times with no answer. Will happily review if ever I receive my kebab.

This kebab shop was absolutely amazing! Yesterday, we went there aftechr having a busy day of shopping and ordered some food. The portion sizes were big and cheap + gave us stamina for the rest of the day... On the side he gave us dips and it tasted really nice. This is a new business that has opened up 2 weeks ago and already is doing well! Eventually we left him a tip and were full foe the rest of the day! Thank you so much for this and we will probably come again today!!!

At. Combe Haven, Hastings . Food as expected for BK but took an hour to deliver to the Saxon Bar just a few yards away . Probably quicker if I had ordered from Dover ! Clearly not enough staff on a Thursday 🤷♂️ The manager Mr Wright perhaps needs a rethink on staffing levels

1A Cornwallis TerraceAbsolutely disgraceful service! We rang with our order to be told they had no tandoori chicken. So we had to change our order. The order came and was all wrong. We rang them back and asked for a new pizza and wedges to be sent! We had to wait an hour for this! My little boy was supposed to enjoy he’s take away with us but instead had to sit and eat on he’s own! We spent a lot of money ! The woman on the other end of the phone could not understand a word of English. I’m not happy at all! Your customer service is awful!

30 Tower RoadAbsolutely awful food, took over 2 hours for delivery & found huge hair in my prawn toast! Items missing aswell.
