Burger King in Hastings

Kind caring staff ,just went in ,9th March 2025 ,6pm ,young guy there super helpful ,great atmosphere, the food is hot and good quality 👌

At. Combe Haven, Hastings . Food as expected for BK but took an hour to deliver to the Saxon Bar just a few yards away . Probably quicker if I had ordered from Dover ! Clearly not enough staff on a Thursday 🤷‍♂️ The manager Mr Wright perhaps needs a rethink on staffing levels

I couldn't get my points on my BK app and could not use the one on my app as well. I wonder why that feature was disabled on the system?? Service and environment was very good though.

We went here a couple of times on our Haven trip with big orders. The girl with dark red hair who served us both times got our orders right, packed it all nicely, and was polite. The food was also hot and nice both times, thank you.

Combe Haven, Hastings, East Sussex...Couldn't believe the way one of the staff spoke to a paying customer tonight after serving them cold sub-standard food and coffee whilst myself and many others were waiting for what seemed like an eternity for our food....I shouldn't have to listen to a member of Burger King staff abruptly and angrily telling a customer: "you get what you get" How rude! I was actually shocked! The rest of the staff are lovely, polite & helpful, but don't think I'll be rushing back there for another whopper meal anytime soon ☹️

Pretty standard Burger King in a really convenient location (if you’re staying on the haven caravan site). Bit slow to serve, no self service touch screens, but good service from employees. The food was piping hot and the chips where really nice!

Went to burger king tuesday, was served by a lovely Isabella and made me and my husband feel very welcome to hastings, thank you Isabella!!

Drive through Thanet, really needs to get the speaker/ microphone Sorted. Other than that , food was OK.

Burger King, the Best Burgers available, far superior in flavour, succulence and quality ingredients than any other fast food outlet. Burger King Burgers are renown internationally too.

Had sensory issues due to the noise of the arcade games and had a breakdown. Staff members noticed and made sure I was alright, helped me order and brought the food to me outside so I could wait in a quieter environment. Burger was delicious as well :)

No issues at all. Friendly staff, gave the baby a hat, order was hot and quick. Top work guys !!

One star to much!, substandard portion sizes and massively inflated prices in comparison to a highstreet burgerking. - I think these prices even make some motorway services look competitive. Although on a positive it's mostly cooked fresh to order...... Update: kids meal advertised as including toy but no longer is included - this is an example of s very poorly managed franchise of BK who haven't even managed to update their posters in store. Update 12/03/2022 - consistency is key here...still serving the same cold food. Will avoid til next year!

We went to get a meal in burger king Hastings Barbados this place is disgraceful we queue for 20 mins we were not allowed in but the locals where the girl who thought she was on charge should be sacked she was rude and disrespectful to us we are holiday makers and without us you have nothing so show some respect or you will not have a job we ended up going to chefettevwhich was first class

Burger ok. But order completely wrong Then didn't believe us until shown receipt. First impressions on arrival

Had to wait over 25 minutes for my order even though there was only 2 people in front of me and it wasn't busy. Tried to give me food from an order that no one collected after taking out the other items from the bag. I told them I wasn't happy taking some else's orders as this had been sat there for some time. The server then shouted to the kitchen to take there time on my order very unprofessional.

Please note, this Burger King is situated inside a camping park. So you can only eat there if you are staying at the park.

I tried the plant based meals and I will be eating them again there really good 👍.

Great food and great service! It would be excellent if they could open up the restaurant to locals for takeaway.

Waited 15min at the til and was almost complitly ignored by staff members as they were packing food for deliveries.It seemed this was more important for them as actual customers waiting there. I did not feel welcome. The holiday park season has started and it was 19.30h 23 April 2021 possibly peak time in the evening ?It was one till open Till 24PED 2708 when they did not manage to cope anymore. The management needs to adress this issue..Maybe more staff members needed at peak times possibly?

Great Burger King at Combe Haven holiday park.

The staff member took his mask down and came within centermeters of my face to hear my order. I felt his warm breath on the tip of my nose. Considering covid 19 I felt very vulnerable. Also my food took 55 minutes to get to me from this so called fast food place. Terrible

Ask for what I wanted an the staff was rude an didn't care less not a good start to the evening will never use again

Used twice while on holiday. Good food, hot and properly cooked. Staff nice and friendly

The price is high but.. as a franchise, I wouldn't expect anything less. I've been there both nights of being here and got served by two different managers, they've always gone above and beyond. It would be a shame to give them a low rating based on the actual prices. The service was good and I can tell that the staff do care. If I'm back here, I wouldn't think twice about coming here again. P.s. they actually stayed open today over 11pm to keep serving the flurry of customers. Keep up the good service.

Mixed reviews. Love Burger King but this location is not open to the public so if you google it and drive all the way here for a juicy burger you can’t get to Burger King unless you buy a havens park pass so was not happy. Please Burger King come to Eastbourne

Rubbish! staff didn't seem to care less & food cold with small portion sizes and overpriced.......
