UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. Great food , really reasonable prices, and importantly fast service. Highly recommend

put order in to get a phone call to say there the only chicken shop in hastings that don't sell chicken gravy even though it's an option on there menu. food turned up on time only to be given the wrong meal driver came back with right meal but unfortunately the hot wings that were in the meal were missing phoned up shop to tell them was asked if ok to put on next time when I said no send a driver was told they have no driver and if I want my hot wings to come and get them not good enough

the courier really not was friendly. he just pushed the food into my hand and gond.didn't say enjoy or something....

really poor. turned up with incorrect or substitute item. really cold. the food itself was terrible quality . couldn't actually eat it.vhighly recommend you avoid!

Apart from not receiving the coleslaw with my order the food was great.

the delivery was ontime, the products were piping hot and freshly cooked. the flavour was onpoint. overall excellent 👌

Went online, ordered £18 worth of food, including delivery fee, approved payment via my bank & then 2 minutes later, receive a text stating that they can't deliver it. If you can't f..k..g deliver it, then don't waste my f..k..g time by letting me order it in the first place. You're a right bunch of TW-TS I would like to use stronger terminology, but TW-TS will have to do for now. SAUSAGE JOCKEYS ....

Took over 2 hours for our food to arrive…chicken skin was far over cooked as was the chicken dry and tough.won’t be ordering from here again.

Appalling. No other words really needed. Arrived and chicken was as dry as an old shoe. The whole order needed to be disposed of. Asked Just Eat for a refund but they are “unable to help”. Appreciate that from time to time things are not as expected but this order was of another level of poor. Left really disappointed.

The guys who run this shop are the best example for customer service! I literally just turned up as the owner was about to have a short break, and he cut his break short to serve me. I asked for 4 bits of chicken as he didn't have much food left to cook as it was clearly close to the end of the day. Instead I got 3 of the biggest and best bits of chicken, and a bunch of extra little chicken wings and filled the box up so much it wouldn't even close. They are always polite and friendly, and I love their spicy fries, and spicy chicken wraps! Always happy to see the guys there and say hello, and being polite to them often means they will give you the best bits of chicken they have. They are the best.

Appalling service no update from outlet on the app and despite five calls to the outlet none were answered. Pure chance the order was delivered not impressed ar all. If they are too busy to accept orders then don’t accept them it’s that simple. Won’t be using them again awful service

I paid 29.99 for my order on their website which they got wrong, I rang to say I hadn't received the right order but the person I spoke to said I had made a mistake and hung up on me so I went into the shop to provide my proof of purchase and to ask for the correct order but was refused. The bits of chicken we did have were nice but not nearly what we should have had and I think you should fix your website and make sure that the prices and deals advertised online match the prices and deals in the shop and that this can't happen again. This was a waste of my money and time, I wouldn't order again.

The delivery driver got completely lost. After numerous phone calls my husband caught him going to a house across the road from us and managed to get the order, but it had been on the road for easily half an hour and was all cold. To top it off you can't find any telephone number for just eat!

Just collected a family variety meal & could not believe they cut a burger in half.....put half a burger in each hamburger (the meal stated 2 hamburgers) discussing shop, discussing service, discussing meal, the chicken was just 🤢

The chips were cold and I was missing a bag of chips. I ordered two large and it barely even looked like a small portion. I didn’t get my cans of drink and the burger was cold and the chicken inside both the wrap and the burger was pink. Honestly disgusting

Chicken and the gravy are far to salty won’t be buying again

Food was half hour late. What was sent was not what I ordered and paid for. 120 calls to the restaurant and still can't get through. It's now too late to order drom anywhere else and I'm left out of pocket and with food I can't eat. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement and I will be taking this further to get my money back

Chips were under cooked. Got the wrong drink with daughters meal! When you order at 5.30 to then wait till 7.15 for food is diabolical. Won't be ordering again as that's the second time it was late.

Make sure you call in before placing orders as they don't cook in advance, unless is rush hour.

Pizza turned up on its side, fortunately flattened back out ok, sadly way too much tomato sauce was too overpowering, chips were warm and clearly reheated and inedible, burger was really really nice

Most disappointing, chicken strips were dry and bland. Fries had been cooked twice and were rock hard, gravy was disgusting. It all went in the bin! So much for my night of cooking. Now going to make myself dinner. Avoid this place at all costs. You'd be better of just throwing your money onto the street, at least someone would benefit from it then.

Ordered at 6.01pm. It's now 8pm. Restaurant is rude and hang up on you. They insist food has been sent out. Not happy at all.

Absolutely delicious! Chicken was amazing, non greasy and moist, the fries were fab (no soggy droopy chips in sight). Always cooked to perfection when ever we order from these guys and always delivered with a smile. (Food was hot even in this freezing weather!) Everyone had happy tums, Thanks HFC.

Hastings hfc chicken AVOID... Shocking. We spent 21 pounds.. The hot wings were so dry they crumbled inedible. The base of the half pound burgers were soggy. The bags chips were only one third full. I called the shop and the man actually started arguing with me insisting his food is good, He was so rude, and he hung up the phone. I called back and said you hung up phone and he said yes cos I'm busy. I told him I will have to leave a bad review and he said yes OK go on then and hung up phone on me again

Quite good restaurant and chicken variety is limited convenient for small place. I would recommend the bucket meal for 2 persons you'll get 6 pc of chicken, 2 x (drinks, fries and sides) at a fair price £11.25. The quality is not as good as KFC but on the other hand it's chaper and the delivery is quick

I received my delivery and I was missing a can of drink missing half of a hfc burger including the bun and the chips was cold! Then when I phoned up I was told I had to go get what I was missing even though I told the woman that I was having to self isolate and her reply was "I don't give a f**k if u want it come and f**king want what your missing come and get it" terrible customer service, I've had better customer service at Pontins Camber sands!

No hair nets worn by staff. Bloke working in kitchens got a beard. Which my daughter found a hair of in her meal. The chicken in our burgers was grey and tasted of $h!t. all in all a massive let down.

Ordered from you guys lastnight for delivery. Got told the order was cancled but the money has been taken. And hasnt been put back. We rang up to get the money back and the guy on the phone hung up on us. Very angry.

Order there once they said it be half hour how ever hour half later still waiting it took them 2hours to deliver so I took them don't want it now. NOT VERY GOOD SERVICE

Tasty chicken shame about everything else!!! Ordered at 20.50, delivery time said 21.45, fine, then got upped to 22.00, again whatever. Didn’t arrive until 22.30 and they marked it as delivered at 10! Obviously they were trying to make themselves look better on the system or something. We called at twenty past and the man on the phone said it was on the way and the driver had left five minutes ago, I said why 5 minutes ago when it was due 20 minutes ago? He said it was his mistake and then when I tried to reply, simply said “bye” and hung up! The delivery came at half past and it was a feeble lady who didn’t seem very capable if I’m honest. She was talking about how she’d knocked at the wrong house and kept saying how dark it is.. We then got our order and opened it up to find two things wrong with it. We had two Pepsi’s instead of the sprite and tango that we ordered, which sounds small but it’s not when you’ve waited a long time for your food and the man on the phone was rude. We then had coleslaw instead of the sweet chilli dip we ordered... why even have the option to choose your sides at this point lol. We didn’t even bother calling again as we simply couldn’t be bothered and were hungry, just accepted what we had. The chips were also completely soggy and floppy and honestly didn’t seem cooked. The chicken was actually super yummy, but I’d never order from there again as the service is clearly atrocious.

Really disappointed. Original delivery time 19.20pm increased by 30mins. Can live with that. Finally after three phone calls arrived at 9.05pm. Chips cold pizza stuck to the box. 1st phone call was told only another 5mins. Obviously a lie as it was another 45mins. Would have been better if they had said that they could not do our order and we could have ordered else where. Will not be going back. If you want your food on time order it the day before... good luck on that!

Meat was greasy, coupled with tasteless and the chips tasted of lard. Not a nice place to eat from. It is after all a cheap version of KFC therefore one should expect it to be unhealthy but it was truly awful.

Good prices. Hot wings are a good size and actually have some heat to them.
