Great stop with big sound system. Bar girls are funny, bubbly and smiley 🤣 DJ was OMG, playing old and new but I liked all the old but gold stuff. I'm going again

food not fresh , plate not clean , horrible experience , will never come back for sure this place need be cleaned everywhere

After placing my order for delivery @ 18:54 an hour later still no food called up and was By the young man it’s out for delivery, 45 min later still no food, called up again and told our order had been misplaced after nearly two hours of waiting to no avail, what an absolute joke

The service is terrible , the manners worst and the dessert never came. I ask online , they never came , as they have their own courier, they tried to lie and told that the courier tried to call me and plus rang at my door but no one response, plus I called them to have an update about the delivery and the person who attended me was very rude and non polite just screaming but the delivery never came.

Dreadful. I used to love KFC but last 2 visits the chicken fillets were so thin they had more coating than chicken. Tower burger hash brown was soggy and really oily. As the same the last visits it is not a one off. Won't be back

It took 25 minutes from payment to getting served. So much for fast food takeaway. Finally got served by a manger. Rude woman no Thankyou sorry or anything. Awful customer service We were number 57

Absolute shocking service tonight Always order through the app and wait for conformation food is ready. Happened to be close by after doing some shopping tonight so we were at the counter within a couple of mins only to watch our pizza only just being finish made and not yet even close to an oven. Standing waiting another 15 minutes wasting our evening! Not so much as even an apology! Last time I’ll be using them.

Rude and unenthusiastic shop assistant Barbara. I wish I hadn't bothered using self checking out point. She made me so uncomfortable. No need to be rude regardless of your mood.

Well it’s nice to see they are doing well, I remember when a chicken bake was a pound , then £1.50 and now you pay £2.00 and that’s for a nice cold chicken bake, I think I will give it a miss from now on, I know I won’t be missed. But really isn’t it supposed to get better rather than go downhill
