Domino's Pizza in Aylesbury Vale

Absolute shocking service tonight Always order through the app and wait for conformation food is ready. Happened to be close by after doing some shopping tonight so we were at the counter within a couple of mins only to watch our pizza only just being finish made and not yet even close to an oven. Standing waiting another 15 minutes wasting our evening! Not so much as even an apology! Last time I’ll be using them.

Undercooked, utterly flavourless. The worst pizza I have ever eaten. Don't know how they stay in business.

The person who appeared to be the manager was rude and seemed to careless about the customers. Delivery drivers are constantly bursting in fingering through the food waiting on the shelf and bickering with the staff. Manager doesn't acknowledge customers who come in and food is left for 10/15 minutes on the shelf before they bother handing it out. By far the worst domino experience I've had and a manager who runs it like a high-street kebab house, but not as friendly.

I don’t know why I went back. First time was terrible so thought I’d give it another go nearly a year later. If anything it’s worse. The staff have no customer service. Couldn’t care less. The pizza tastes awful. I’m shocked it’s not closed down.

Avoid these lukewarm, very over-priced, fairly odd tasting offerings! This place is pretty chaotic and the overall standard has plummeted since it opened. Staff not interested in improving. I paid 25 quid for two medium pizzas and a tiny garlic bread - and this was on a so-called offer!! The pizzas tasted stale and were chewy, and the 'fresh' ingredients were tasteless. Dreadful. I'm not using again.... and I know of others in Buckingham feeling the same. Dominos - if this is a franchise, you'd better do something about this mob in the Buckingham shop to protect your name!
