Rude and unenthusiastic shop assistant Barbara. I wish I hadn't bothered using self checking out point. She made me so uncomfortable. No need to be rude regardless of your mood.

not basing the review off of the cafe but the actual store- unless you want to have tummy troubles i would recommend NOT eating the microwaveable tikka meal, from personal experiences :) it was enjoyable at the time but once digested thats when the problems start i had this meal for my dinner as it was quick and easy, but i thought the chicken looked abit odd ...however, the next morning i started to have pains in my stomach i was round a family members house at the time.i felt like i had to unload so quickly bolted to the toilet i then proceeded to unload for a good 10 minutes, i was in agony my stomach was killing me. i then headed to the cinema with some family while waiting outside for them i followed through...wasnt the best of experiences i must admit! i then spent the entire movie (sonic 2) worrying if i will experience this again during the movie...luckily i did not! however when i got home i proceeded to sit on the toilet for a good 21 minutes and 35 seconds. therefore i would not recommend eating this meal unless you want to experience what i call the-Tikka Troubles!

I was bursting to use the toilet today while shopping to find all toilets filled to the brim with excrement, there was used toilet paper and urine all over the floor. One of the worst loo experiences I’ve ever had to see even the disabled toilet was filled with excrement and had no toilet paper

If you are looking for a sloppy shocking excuse for a so called lunch, this is just the place! You are better off buying one of this ghastly pre-packaged mushy excuses of a sandwich from the fast pick up at door of the store. It is not hard to prepare something fresh and interesting verses a crushed panini. No idea how they have been awarded the accolades they claim - shows something seriously missing in the assessment.
