What a place. Stunning setting with an incredible attention to detail in the presentation and food quality. Staff are a delight. We were taken back in time to a wonderful era of fine dining and silver service standards. A must visit.

We eventually found your cafe with the help of a local man. He brought us to the cafe as we couldn't find it. His name was Keiran. A really friendly guy. Well it didn't disappoint. We had been to a funeral,it was freezing and we were in need of hot food. We got the large breakfast, not the mega one. I have to say it was hot and delicious. Plenty of tea, coffee, toast, brown and white. And a full plate of delicious food. It was huge. I couldn't finish all of mine...but what meat I didn't eat,I got some foil and took it home to my little dog. The owners were from south Africa originally. Mother and daughter and I think a brother. They were so very nice. Really friendly. Thank you. It was a real pleasure eating in your out of the way cafe 😋😉

They do the best hot grilled wraps in town. Service is always excellent. Great selection, freshly made every time.

I’ve visited here twice now with my boyfriend and the toasties here are the best toasties I’ve ever had in my entire life. On my most recent visit, I had the gammon, cheese, and bacon jam toastie which is absolutely delicious. I had never heard of bacon jam before I visited here. I was a bit skeptical that it would taste nice but I was very pleasantly surprised that it was actually so tasty and it worked really well. The amount of filling in the toastie is really generous as well which is a bonus and the bread they use is delicious. They also serve some organic fizzy drinks. On my first visit, I had a cherry cola which I think was a Fentimans cherry cola though I could be wrong. It is certainly an acquired taste although it wasn’t bad. The other Fentimans fizzy drinks might be a bit better. I saw that they had macarons with the variety of cakes they were selling so I decided to get one. It was a passionfruit macaron with a vanilla filling and it tasted amazing! I will say that unfortunately the macaron was hollow so I think maybe they overworked the batter or something when making them. It’s not this cafe’s fault though because I think they get all their cakes from a local bakery. The actual cafe is well decorated and is really cozy. It has a nice atmosphere and the staff are really friendly. They have some outdoor seating as well so we sat outside during a summer visit. I would definitely recommend a visit here if you’re in Buckingham and fancy a good toastie. They really are some of the best toasties around and they serve a variety of cakes to indulge yourself with.

Took my wife here for a treat and was really surprised how fresh and tasty the food was. I haven’t visited this restaurant before but will definitely be back

We stopped in for lunch. My kids feel both the food and the service were great. Really good NY style slices, fresh crispy fries and waiter was brilliant. We will come again!

The best fish and Chips shop in town but it's been closed for a while now

Popped in here on a stormy Saturday - local ale & hot chocolates which were all great. The place was clean - it smelt freshly clean and it had a nice atmosphere. Chap behind the bar was a little stressed but we were in no rush. Would come back - the gin list was amazing!

My husband has always wanted to go here, then watching escape to the country saw the pub advertised. So decided just to go and hoped they were open. They were.... And it was so worth it, typical lovely old English pub, welcoming landlord, good selection of draft beers. Decided on the fillet steak and wow, it was good, the best we've had eating out in a very long time., recommend a portion if the home ade onion rings. We will be going back. Absolutely excellent

Brilliant fish and chip shop. Quality produce. If you haven’t tried the fish and chips then you’re missing out. Only bad thing about this shop is that it isn’t open all day every day to give everyone an opportunity of trying it! Friendly and welcoming staff. The fish is beautiful.

Friendly tea room, ideal for a break from shopping or after parkrun on Saturday. We just had a toasted tea cake but they had plenty of other options.
