The best restaurants in Victoria Ashford South East

I recently won a Latte Art masterclass at the cafe with Head Barista Nathan Cooper. What a fantastic experience. Nathan is an excellent, patient tutor with wealth f knowledge about all things coffee! He immediately made me feel at ease and I had a great time having a go at practising different creations. Nathan also showed me some of his artistic work, including a pegasus design. Thank you so much! I never realised there was so much skill in creating beautiful latte art designs.

An excellent Christmas lunch with friends - I'd heard good reports about the cafe at Ripleys Garden Centre and it didn't let us down. Delicious food, perfect portions, well priced and friendly, efficient staff. Happy to recommend and will certainly return.

I felt like this lovely little tea room deserved a trip advisor listing of its own. It is 5* just like it’s sister tea room, but a lot smaller. This adds to its atmosphere and it’s like stepping back in time, with the decor and music. It is quintessentially English and a really enjoyable place to stop and have a little drink and a bite to eat. They do also offer take away, which would be handy for those people working locally. Lastly the staff are also the same high standard as we have got used to in The Little Tea Pot. See you again soon and keep up the good work! You make Ashford a better place!

I did order from this place before but for some reason it was along time ago. Decided to give it a go again and glad I did it . Very nice , fresh fish ! Good value for money , good customer service for sure will order again.

We are from India and were at Ashford for 3 days and really wanted something clean and healthy for our meals. Found Salata as a breakfast place but loved the food so much that we ended up getting our lunch packed from them too for our take away. Bahar is a lovely chef, host and now a friend back in Ashford.

This little gem of a restaurant is definitely worth the visit ...from the fabulous food to the lovely staff it was a perfect place to have lunch with friends.

Not had pie and mash since I moved from London. Very nice food I'll go back again nice polite staff.

Probably the best watering hole left in the town. Always an interesting selection of beverages. There's generally a sour on... which is a favourite tipple of mine. Plenty of IPA, DIPA, NEPA and stout too. Live music every week.

I visited on Friday 1st November with my grandson for a light lunch whilst we were in town. I never usually leave reviews but the service was excellent and the food was lovely, I would certainly recommend this café and will visit again.

The food was amazing! Aunty cooked delicious meals for me and my friends to enjoy. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, serving the best soul food in Kent!! Big shoutout to Jays restaurant- Will be returning very soon.
