Greek Paradise Bakery in Maidstone offers a great selection of baked goods with a focus on quality and freshness. Their cakes are well-made, with a nice balance of sweetness and traditional flavors. The coffee is smooth and enjoyable, making it a good spot for a quick break.
The highlight, however, is their bread—freshly baked daily, with a crisp crust and soft, airy texture. It’s perfect for both sandwiches and to enjoy on its own.
The staff are polite and efficient, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. A solid choice for anyone looking for quality baked goods in Maidstone.

First time visited today , will certainly come again , food was lovely, and staff very friendly, I would certainly recommend it, and will certainly go again, when I can get there my P A took me today. Thank you Mark Apted.
We were given a very warm welcome on our arrival. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was excellent so was the wine (Sancere). The fries were a tad under cooked and my husband mentioned it. They were immediately replaced with an apology. This did not affect our meal at all. As it was my birthday we were given a free glass of Prosecco each, a birthday card and my pudding (crème brûlée) was served with ‘Happy Birthday’. I can highly recommend the pork belly and my husband had the mussels. Definitely well worth a visit.
¡Hoy fui a Salisbury y feliz me encontré con el hombre del curry para comer bien! ¡Me senté en el parque de Salisbury y comí mi curry y samosas como un hombre poseído! ¡Comida de calidad y a buen precio! ¡Gracias! Matt
Not sure exactly what the base was made out of but it was unlike any pizza I’ve ever had . We ordered 4 pizza’s for 4 people and no one liked them . The ingredients on the pizza were ok and it was cooked well but that base …. Rubbery , greasy and floppy . Ordered 3 deep pan and one thin and crispy but they were all the same …. Floppy and weird . We won’t order again that’s for sure .
While in the Isle of Wight on a mini break staying in Shanklin and catching the bus to Newport I came in for a coffee and had a sausage roll as well and enjoyed the sausage roll and coffee
Ib have been gong to Umami regularly for a while now. There is a new menu now and I think new oners. the food is always delicious as it was on this visit. Very friendly staff too. A hidden gem at the bottom of the high street. Worth making the trip.
Served by a lovely lady named Claire late at night. We were greeted with a friendly smile and advice to download the app for perks. Claire never stopped and informed us she was on her own ( you wouldn’t guess as the service was amazingly unaffected). We didn’t feel rushed despite being in close to closing time. Lovely lady, great coffee and brilliant ice cream. Good trip all round!!
Beautiful place- inside lovely tea room and outside terrace available, friendly and extremely quick staff.
Tea and scones are the best ever. Highly recommend!
