My flat white coffee and my husband's orange juice were both excellent. I couldn't resist a pastry too - their selection is wonderful! The staff were very accommodating as my husband was on his mobility scooter. Good to have such a nice place at this end of town.

This bakery is a breath of fresh air. Good quality coffee, fairly priced baked goods that are so well presented and taste excellent. Staff could not do enough

Oh my word - what a find. A total offchance led me to this cafe - but I will definitely be back to try more. I had a selection of sweet and savoury items. All absolutely delicious. Totally recommend it

We went to this fabulous café yesterday. Ordered spinach and feta, filo pastry pie, a little cake like a small cream horn and we were given an apricot biscuit. Everything tasted delicious and the mug of tea was generous and good and hot. There were several people in the cafe who wholeheartedly agreed. It is an absolute gem in Maidstone High Street. Why go to McDonald’s or Kentucky fried chicken just over the road and next door when you can get an authentic Greek experience here, served by an attentive man who could not have done more to make our stay more agreeable, We will definitely be going back to this Greek paradise and if you haven’t tried it yet, it is well worth it.

Came to buy a selection of desserts for a family birthday after following the shop on Instagram for a while. I waited a while to be served as the lady behind the counter was having a conversation with a friend at the till. She didn’t acknowledge that I had been waiting and seemed almost annoyed that I was there when I asked if I could place my order. I asked for a baklava and kadaifi selection and if they had any chocolate mice cakes that I had seen on Instagram a couple of hours before. She was abrupt, didn’t give a clear answer then walked off till mid serving me with no explanation. A male employee came to take over and boxed up my desserts quickly. 4 small pieces of baklava and 2 pieces of kadaifi came to £13. Service felt rushed in the short time I was in the shop and I got the impression that both members of staff didn’t want to be there. The vibe in the shop was quite cold and it was giving old Athens coffee shop vibes where older men go to sit to pass time. As a fellow Greek I came with high hopes and to show support to a local Greek business but I honestly don’t think I will be returning any time soon!

Oh my word. I have walked past this place so many times, and after coming back from Greece, I thought to have a look. I came out with Feta and Spinach pastry and two creamy cakes. They were heaven. Please eat in or take away. Believe me, the best.

I am so happy that I found this place in Maidstone- it stands out in a full high street and the quality of the food and coffee is superb with a huge selection. Highly recommend the baklava and spinach and feta rolls. A unique treat ❤️

This was a very pleasant coffee and cake stop. All looked amazing and the cakes were very rich sadly you have to be rich to buy one. Sadly few labels but staff were very happy to explain what was on offer. Lovely Atmos. Didn't feel rushed having a drink and cake. Child friendly

Beautiful little shop for a relaxing break. Coffee is lovely, the sweets and all the baked goods look fantastic and are sooo good! They have a huge variety of products: cakes, small pastries, bread, biscuits, Greek sweets, paninis, savoury slices, etc. We've been there twice and the staff is nice and friendly. The high street in Maidstone really needed a place la G.P. Bakery! Keep up the good work, guys!

Excellent personable service that was attentive without being rushed. All the food was well presented and clearly the cook knew his or her business. We enjoyed a leisurely lunch in an ambience where conversation was easy. The upstairs toilet were well kept with an accessible option a ground level. The sweets and coffees were just right.

Centrally located in town centre. Nice server, helpful too when ingredients queried. Service quite slow but the fayre is fresh and beautifully presented. Prices are quite steep imho.

First time my friend and I had been here. Atmosphere only gets 3 because it was very quiet but Thursday lunchtime on run up to Christmas. We opted for 2 starters, the butternut squash soup accompanied by delicious warm bread was lovely. Followed by goats cheese tarts, with caramelised onion which were also delicious. The young waiter was so pleasant to talk to. We had two medium glasses of wine and two really hot capachino coffees. We shall be back!
