What a fantastic venue and lovely staff! Can't wait to come back!

Horrifying Stay – Bed Bugs! I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. We booked to stay at this hotel. Check in was fine and we dropped our bags in the room and went straight out. We arrived back at the room at 12:30am and found bed bugs in the bed/mattress. Absolutely disgusting. We immediately went to the desk and requested to be moved only to be told there were no other rooms available. We were told at check in reception was open 24 hours however it was only security on the desk when we went to speak to them. Security rang the manager Meg who seemed indifferent and offered no real apology or refund. Her solution was to give us access to the linen closet to re-make the bed ourselves and a discount on our next stay. This was completely unacceptable and we had to arrange alternative accommodation. I expect basic cleanliness and hygiene from any lodging, and this was a complete failure. Not only is it unsanitary, but it’s a health hazard. I had to wash and disinfect everything I brought with me, and I'm still dealing with the aftermath despite not evening staying in the room itself. Avoid this place at all costs.

I had an amazing experience at Beefalo Meat House and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The first thing that stood out was the warm, welcoming atmosphere – the place was clean, stylish, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxed meal out. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Everything felt fair and well worth it, especially considering the portions and taste. You can really tell they care about the quality of their meat and how it's prepared. What truly made the evening special, though, was the outstanding customer service. Katrina and Alisha were our servers, and they were both absolutely fantastic – friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made sure we were well taken care of without being intrusive, and their upbeat attitudes added to the overall great vibe of the place. If you're looking for a spot with delicious food, fair prices, and top-notch service, Beefalo Meat House is it. This was my 2nd time going and I’ll definitely be back again!

One of the best restaurants in Liverpool

Homemade food you don't get that very often and totally delicious. You just have to look past the outdated decor. That said the food is very wholesome.

Excellent food great value for money friendly staff, nice decor would defo recommend.

Great Chip Shop, Shame he isn't open later as it's often a rush on the way home from work.

Wow! Had a great curry. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Portion sizes are massive and crispy chips are to die for.

We had a wonderful meal and witnessed staff generosity in driving us back to our car which we had to park quite far from the restaurant due to renovation of city and my husband’s disabilities. It was very nice of the young lady at the bar to suggest help to us. We will definitely come back. Thank you Amatos!

Friendly staff, knowledgeable, helpful and not overbearing. Lucas was our waiter, he was lovely. Fabulous food and drinks. Relaxed atmosphere, definitely will return.
