Fab evening spent in Little Italy. The restaurant has a wonderful ambience, with lovely atmosphere. The restaurant service is first class, proving a good selection of wine gorgeous food and excellent service.

Just had a takeaway which was very expensive and not worth the money. Chicken biryani was just dried up chicken with pilaf rice. Chicken madras was dreadful. Would have got better in a small back steet takeaway. Very very disappointed

Just been to Newhaven for lunch omg!!!!!We have been before but a few years ago...it was excellent.When we arrived it wasnt busy and i had a feeling it wast quite right!!!No menu on the table .The menu was Ham or chicken plus veg.The ham and potatoes were ok water y sprouts and carrots odd tasting cauliflower cheese lukewarm gravy we had a desert my husbands portion of sticky toffee pudding was so small!!!!it was awful never again!!!!!!!

We were a table of 12 with a late afternoon booking on a Sunday. We did book in advance and were placed in a quiet part of the pub away from the main bar area. This was great as the children could be themselves and we were not going to disrupt other guests. We were told upon booking that, due to the large table number, we may not be able to have our food served at the same time and that there may be a slight delay for other dishes. This honestly was appreciated so we knew exactly what to expect and in reality I think everyone had their meals within 3-4 minutes which was a fantastic response. The bar staff were great, very helpful and friendly and full of smiles. Similarly for the serving staff who were attentive to our needs but not overbearing either. The price of the children’s desserts and the serving sizes were incredible value for money, I think we paid £1.29 for a two scoop ice cream sundae which all the children devoured. In actual fact, the whole menu was very favourably placed and very good value for money. My only criticism would be of the beef chilli as there was a disproportionately small amount of chilli to the amount of rice served however the flavour of the chilli was great - there just needed to be more of it to enjoy! Overall, a fantastic meal enjoyed by children ages 2 to adults aged over 80. We all had lovely food at great value and were served brilliantly by Lucy, Tom, Scott and Izzy. Thank you all.

Please could the delivery person get in touch as his bike scratched the bonnet of my car. He was honest enough to tell us what happened and extremely apologetic, but it’s an expensive car and the scratch is obvious. I would like to send the repair bill to him. Thanks

A great local takeaway! Good selection of Chinese food and very tasty. My favourite, I love the prawn toast and sweet and sour chicken, super yum. Cash only.

The food was terrible, hardly any fish in the batter and it had a funny taste, , the rice was stodgy , and the honey & lemon duck wasn’t great, couldn’t taste any honey, it was all lemon, most of the meal was wasted as it wasn’t edible, I wish I saved my £26.00, this place used to be really nice , now it’s terrible , i definitely won’t be going back,
