Zafraan Restaurant in Trafford

Just had a takeaway which was very expensive and not worth the money. Chicken biryani was just dried up chicken with pilaf rice. Chicken madras was dreadful. Would have got better in a small back steet takeaway. Very very disappointed

Visited this Indian restaurant Saturday 7th March arrived at around 9pm uncertain of food quality or service levels ? On arrival we were courteously welcomed and shown to a seating booth , The restaurant has recently reopened under new management and completely new decor , The food was lovely , hot and good taste to sources service throughout was excellent and would recommend it , ample parking outside also but be sure to lodge your vehicle registration on arrival as you only get 1.5 hours free unless you lodge your number plate overall a great place to visit and enjoy an Indian in a relaxed atmosphere will visit again.

We’ve eaten here many times before but not since it’s been under new management. There were familiar faces who looked after us during our meal. We shared some starters as we weren’t all that hungry - great bhajis and mixed grill!! The main courses were so good. Rich and full of spice and flavour with tender chicken. We had chicken madras, vindaloo and tandoori chicken which were all fantastic. Highly recommended if in the area!!

Amazing food and amazing service! Good hospitality and food did not disappoint. Great vibe with a group of friends or family. Will defo be back soon.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went for a business meal at this lovely restaurant in Timperley Village. The ambience was very nice, we enjoyed a lovely meal and did not feel rushed. We also had complimentary drinks on the house. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

Lovely restaurant , onion bhajee's to die for, nothing to much for all the very pleasant staff, restaurant roomy and spacious, not like most, and very reasonable prices for the quality food they serve.

Excellent service! New ownership of restaurant (previously Hilal) brilliant service from waiters and staff. Food was lovely especially the King Prawns (highly recommend). Overall very nice food and atmosphere is wonderful. Will definitely be visiting again.
