Fantastic curry! Great food, great service!

Very disappointing. Delivery was late and food quality was abysmal. Curries were tasteless, poppadom’s were soft, ordered a garlic chipati and it may aswell have been plain. Won’t be ordering a takeout from here again.

Please check before ordering, if you order from the websites menu it's about 20% cheaper than you will be charged when you go to collect your order. As they say its not been updated and its not the new menu .So your given a new menu and guess what!! that's wrong by 10%. When you pay for your food , make sure your being charged correctly. As for the food, it was very bland .. had no flavour and definitely won't be ordering from here again.

In the past I've never had reason to be unhappy ... review ay the end. Yesterdays food wasn't great. Mains, Rice and Breads were good. Starters were really poor ... Lamb Chops were very tough, they're usually much better ... King Prawn starter £6.90 for 2 king prawns, sorry that's poor. Previous review ... Great food as always.

One of the worst Indian meals I’ve ever not (in this case) eaten. One taste and into the bin. Cold rice, soggy pappadoms, tasteless bhuna, sugar in the korma, sag aloo tasteless. A waste of £32.90.

I have been a huge fan of Eastern revive but the last couple of times have not been good. Delivery was around 40 minutes late, so this time we decided to pick up but were waiting 30 minutes for what turned out to be mostly lukewarm food - a couple of the items were hot but most were not. Its an expensive takeaway which is fine if its good - but increasingly lacking Just not worth it.

This is a phenomenal Indian take away. Excellent, fresh food with high quality ingredients and great flavour. They are true professional and great guys. It is a pleasure to come here when am visiting from London. Dr Vivek Gulati

Ordered for 3 people - 2 veggies and a carnivore. Food is restaurant quality and superior to any other Indian takeaway that we have tried. Great choices for meat-eaters and veggies. Hot fresh, decent portions - seemed quality ingredients. It is not cheap for a takeaway but worth it. I forgot to add which sauce I requested and they phoned me to check - great customer service ! Will definitely be a regular - I just don't know why we've not been here before. Definitely recommend ...

Our very favourite curry takeaway kitchen, and we've tried many. They are takeaway only - not torn between serving in-house and takeaway customers, and it shows in the quality of the food and speed of service.

This was the first time we ordered from here, staff were lovely and friendly and we were looking for a good local take away but were disappointed to find this wasn't it. The daal was bland and watery and the chana bhaji was just spicy, no other taste or flavour just spice, i don't mind spice but it shouldn't be the only flavour. Then the one poppadom we ordered was crushed into pieces which definitely wouls not have made a whole if out together. Sorry for a bad review but i am too disappointed to say nothing.

My favourite Indian takeaway. The food is always great and the service is second to none. My go to dishes are the Indian salad and fish tikka.

Got a takeaway tonight. The tikka masala was very watery and tasteless and the second meal we ordered was equally as poor. Some of the rice was also crunchy. Shame as we have eaten in before and it was lovely, the staff were brilliant and the food was gorgeous. Unfortunately the takeaway just didn't satisfy, especially at the price.

The standard of food from this takeaway is extremely variable. On Saturday 9/1/21 we ordered Butter Chicken and Butter Paneer curry. Both were really poor. The sauce had almost raw crunchy onions in it. There were multiple pieces of hard chicken gristle in the curry. Not much flavour to either dish. We have had much better experiences with this takeaway in the past but the standard of this particular meal was unacceptable and as a result I don’t think we will be ordering from here again any time soon.

Absolutely brilliant food! Always spot on with items and delivery. Love it :). Absolutely delicious. Especially recommend the lamb chops, Chicken Jalfrezi and extra joy Indian salad.

Unfortunately have to give only 2 stars as our last order we had delivered was incomplete yet again making this the third time this has now happened, we even mentioned this when ordering to ensure we got everything we required, I appreciate mistakes happen but when we rang to let them know they said someone would ring us back, this was over a week ago now and still heard nothing, such a shame as the food is consistently very good

Not that it's bad food but it's got no wow-factor. Given that there are a lot of other Indians with comprable menu around, they need to try better!

I count myself lucky to have this place as my go-to Indian Takeaway whenever I am visiting my parents in Altrincham. And i say that as an Indian who grew up with an expert cook in the family (my mum) and eats food from Indian restaurants once to twice a week in London. The food is authentic, tasty, fresh and very high-quality. Yesterday we ordered the karahi prawn, paneer tikka, some naans and aloo gobi. The karahi prawn was sublime - even though we only requested the standard prawns, they were much larger than I expected, and the accompanying sauce had wonderful depth and flavour. Paneer tikka was soft and had been charred in the tandoor to perfection. Naans were fluffy and light. Only the aloo gobi was slightly below par but when I returned the next day for another order and told them, they were extremely receptive and gracious in the way they handled my feedback. In fact, I would say that the staff here are consistently more courteous, professional and customer-focused than any takeaway establishment I have visited. I can't be alone in this view as whenever I visit they seem to have a host of local regulars who they know well. A must go-to destination if you fancy excellent Indian food at a very reasonable price for the area. PS fish lovers must try the fish narial (stand-out dish).

World class Indian cuisine and a whole variety of styles, regional cuisines but all cooked with pride. I have tried many of the dishes and never been disappointed but I adore their highly spiced chops, perfect rice and the Lamb Vindaloo is outstanding and hot but the masses of flavours are still there. I must try some of the milder dishes but this is a dinner party served to your door. Delightful people to deal with and they advise on all aspects of what they provide as service is what they focus on.

Ordered a take away from here last night. They were so helpful on the phone, especially considering my friend has a few serious allergies. The menu has all of the allergies listed next to each dish anyway, but they were sure to double check everything over the phone. Collection was on time and the staff were so friendly!! Finally the food was AMAZING. Lots of veggie options and it was all delicious. Couldn’t recommend Eastern Revive more.

No they are not on deliveyoo etc. But worth the call for personal service. Really really great. Preparation obviously began days ago and you can tell. The lamb chop fell off the bone and the chicken tikka melted in the mouth. Not hot but spiced with quantity ingredients. V generous portions. Your local India needs your support! Give it a try.

Great food, the only thing I would improve would be to ask the customer if they want their food in a plastic bag (it’s already in a paper bag) as it seems a bit wasteful

I rarely order food in... but the food from this place is absolutely amazing 😊👌🏼Everything we ordered was very delicious.. arrived so quickly and was piping hot - so just perfect really! I can highly recommend this place - food was so fresh and had a really nice flavour to it. The spices were just right. The naans were very nice too as if straight from a clay oven.. Always fantastic food, the reviews speak for themselves. I go to both the outlets here and in Knutsford and it’s the best curry outside of Birmingham! Try the Darjeeling chicken, it’s lovely.

It was great service. Just round the corner from hotel. Made a telephone order, food ready on time, very tasty, and the gentleman supplied me with a paper plate and plastic cutlery as I’m in a hotel. Top man. I will be taking my business there again.👍👌thankyou

Had a number home deliveries and it is excellent, from the spicy beef or prawns to the welt in the mouth lamb chops. Side dishes excellent, rice perfect and it is a real gem.

Second visit to this immaculate takeaway and we asked for a delivery. No problem - small charge and delivered courteously. The food was delicious. I like a vindaloo or phal and the phal sauce was just right - all flavour with plenty of spice, not just rammed with chillis. Garlic chilli chicken tikka and saag paneer stood out. I highly recommend Eastern Revive for food that is cooked and served with pride.

I visited Eastern Revive for the first time tonight. The food is Restaurant quality. Delicious chunks of chicken and spicy sauces. By far the best take away I have ever been to. I can highly recommend.

1st time ordering with eastern revive as I just realised they deliver. The lamb Jaipur was georgous. Deep rich flavours. Good quality soft lamb and not greasy. Definitely be ordering again

Great curries every time - so flavoursome and not covered in oil etc. Always busy so sometimes have to wait but well worth it.

Great new Indian Takeaway in the centre of Hale village. Contemporary take on traditional Indian food with a friendly down to earth approach. I’ve eaten from here on a number of occasions since it opened and the standard of the food has been consistently outstanding. Menu is diverse and not expensive. Staff are very hospitable and even make sure to open the door for you as you leave! If you like Indian food, this is definitely well worth a visit!

We visited here accidently for a take out 3 days after opening. We did not know it had opened!! What a find! My chicken and spinach was to die for. freshly cooked fresh ingredients and not at all swimming in ghee....lovely Naan too! All this and excellent service...we have been back twice and excellent each time. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. We will be BACK!!! One thing ...please advertise more!!!! Chrissie

Called in to collect a takeaway, the staff are very friendly and the food is superb. Very fresh, was still piping hot after driving home 15 minutes and full of flavour and spice, would highly recommend to all i know!
