First visit staff were so helpful and talkative will definitely be back for sure nothing was a problem was a Simpson theme my little grandAughter loved it

The Head Chef Maura is fantastic and professional at all times and even comes out and says hello which is a great personal touch. The bar manager India is amazing and one of the main reasons we come to the champagne bar and have been for the past 4 years, always professional and friendly and goes above and beyond for us.

The children do seem to keen on Bradwell's Ice cream when we go to the Trafford centre. It is an old established company from Derbyshire and you can get bigger tubs from one of the supermarkets which actually does work out cheaper but you cannot always find the tubs. We tend to go for the Vanilla flavour and it is nice but personally priced a bit on the high side.

always have a LUSH coffee in here! a tad over-priced but it’s in such a quiet area it’s completely understandable for items to be priced like this

Food was good but service was a bit faulty towers. One waitress seemed to be doing all the work. Ordered starters then told not available so ordered different ones. Ordered desserts sat for 15mins waiting to be told not available. Ordered dessert wine supposed to be 100ml got a shot glass?? There are better Italians in Urmston. Tried it won't be going back.

The ramen was amazing. Food was fast. Service was great. Quickly moved us to a more private table after a large party arrived aswell. Lovely drinks. Will be going again!

Had a carvery, the food was excellent and brilliant value. There was a real nice atmosphere in the place. The waitress Kay was extremely friendly and helpful. Would defiantly recommend.

Had food and a couples of beers here today with my partner was waited on by badam who was really lovely attentive and friendly! The food was delicious couldn’t fault it would definitely re visit xx

Extremely overpriced rip off. £40 for 2 burgers, 1 small fries and 2 drinks. It was £5 just for one drink. Burger was average and the fries were not nice! Will never go here again that’s for sure!

Great location, check in was nice and easy Reception/Bar area extremely modern and staff are very friendly and helpful. Premier Plus Room was very spacious and cleaned extremely well. I will stay here again in the future for sure. Will miss it
