Five Guys Trafford Centre in Trafford

Everytime we come to the Trafford centre we have to have a five guys! It's amazing everytime, literally the only place I've had a burger that is exactly the same time after time! & cajun fries are the best things ever! 😍

It’s my favourite burger in Manchester, but today was something else. This guy (photo) gave by far the rudest service I’ve received from a Five Guys restaurant. I can never understand why someone so unhappy doing their job continues to work in that job. Just find something else and quit. The burger’s weren’t up to their standard, and the toilet smelt like dirty mop water. But really it’s the customer service that let down the experience. I genuinely wanted to thump this man in his miserable face from how rude he was to us. Do better.

Overall lovely staff and pretty good food, buns a bit finicky and you can tell its fast food but good range and tastes quiet nice, fries were exceptional

From all the food places in the mall, nothing caught my eye, That's untill... i saw Scott, The most energetic friendly guy offering an amazing customer experience- he is what five guys is all about. Top guy, he deserves a rise, never let him go. We'll be back as long as Scott is Here. NO Peatuts tho.. Still 5 stars

The burgers and chips were very nice but expensive for what it is. Staff were nice and polite and tables were cleaned constantly.

Normally love Five Guys, but patty was overcooked and dry, bun was soggy.

The burgers were as tasty as always, but the absence of nuts was a real let-down. Unfortunately, this experience only warrants a one-star rating. This is the only 5-guys that I haven't given 5 stars. Not only the nuts but they didn't get my order right and they don't yell when the food is ready, so cold fries! Rubbish!

I had a good experience here. It was only my second ever visit to a Five Guys; the burger was not as nice as the first I'd tried, hence the 4 star... But it was still tasty! The chips were very, very salty which also contributed to the 4 star. The soda machine was all out of sync; all of the options tasted too watery. So not as good an experience as my first visit (which was a different location), however I would visit again! Date of visit - August '24. Don't forget the famous 'bag chips'!

Extremely overpriced for a very average fast food burger compared to alternatives

Most underwhelming burger I’ve had in awhile to be honest, especially considering the cost Plenty of chips though Two burgers one chips, one drink nearly £40 I really can’t understand how families with a few children can even afford this place.

We called last night after work! So busy but staff are helpful and always on the ball! We were served by a gentleman (really tall) can't remeber his name sorry! He was lovely! Asked us about our day and made an effort even though it was so busy! Well done guys!

FAO JORDAN: While waiting for our food, we noticed how efficiently Jordan was working, more so than his peers. He was very past paced, though professional and he definitely deserved some recognition. Well done, Jordan!

Five Guys. The food hall inside the centre is one of the place in the entire UK.

Great burgers, great fries (if your feeling it get the regular) decent seating area for people watching. Not sure if the drinks are refillable but I always grab a second.

You can't go wrong with Five Guys. The brand is very consistent and this one is no exception. Delicious food and an ice-cold refill machine.

Enjoyed the ice cream. The halal options are limited but a great service overall.

Had to ask for the table to be cleaned and got ignored instead the lad just went to the counter and started conversations with his colleagues. Food was good 👍

Very disappointed, burger tasteless, just about warm. Bacon cremated and cold, at least the onions were fresh. 1st and last visit, more taste in a McDonald's unfortunately.

Had tea here tonight- 24-07-2024, Scott was amazing, super friendly had a laugh and a joke with us! Amazing guy deserves the world! Thank you for everything Scott you legend. Food was amazing as always, came super quick. 💪🏻

The Black lady serving was amazing. Her suggestions were wonderful and she was courteous.

Chips were burned and weren’t nice.it’s also overpriced

What a shame this time. The food took over 15 minutes to come, and when it did, the milkshake was nearly gone, and the food was look warm, and we had no time left to wait for a replacement so had a bit and left the rest it's normally top service from this brand but we was let down on this occasion may be better next time

Really lovely milkshakes but what made our experience exceptional tonight was the management & staff, absolutely fantastic 👏🏼 Elyane ( manager ) very friendly & professional and seems to have the same with her staff members which is amazing to see, as they were all just as professional & friendly, talkative & cleaning throughout our stay. There was man ( friendly giant ) who was just brilliant and was great with our daughter ( thank you ) Although we didn't eat here due to five guys not having halal options, we would for sure be back here again for more milkshakes as they were lovely! And to maybe explore the veggie menu. Amazing staff & manager ❤️

Not only the best burger I’ve taste but the best food I have ever eaten in my life, no exaggeration. The server Scott, I’m pretty sure, was such a lovely guy and had 10/10 serving skills, super chatty and the best personality to be greeted by after a 4 hour flight. If I lived in Manchester I would for sure be back.

The Fries were disappointing, large and small in size. The best five guys chips I have ever had was from the one at Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester.

First time trip to try out Five Guys. Wasn't disappointed, from ease of ordering helped by server Keiron on order, to time collected. Love the fact you can choose your fillings and sauces to your meal choice, making it unique for you. Also the fries with cajun spice 😋 😍 Definitely will be coming back on future shopping trip to Trafford centre

We've dined here several times and always enjoyed it, considering it one of the best burger places for myself and my family. However, today's experience was disappointing. The fries weren't as hot as they should have been. The main issue was the burger itself. The patties were too big, not juicy, and lacked the expected meltiness. They were extremely dry. I don't think I'll be returning to Five Guys, at least for a few months

We've eaten here a few times and enjoyed it but our recent trip wasn't as good. The service was great (as always) and the people cooking/preparing food all seemed to be enjoying themselves which is nice to see. The fries were as good as always. Plenty of them, and they were fresh and hot. However the burger wasn't as good as it should have been. The patties were not juicy and melty like on previous visits (maybe overcooked but not sure how that's possible considering it was busy so they were constantly cooking and serving them). And the bun didn't taste very fresh and fell apart while I was eating it.

The staff here are amazing. My son was on a shopping spree , with make a wish and they made us feel extremely welcome , the manager was so friendly. The food was delicious, our first and not the last visit 🥰

I've never had a bad meal or experience here. I've had Five Guys from other places in both the UK and US but this one is my favourite. Top quality and best burgers bar none!

Called in for my son's birthday meal with friends after having fun at iFly beforehand for our first ever meal at Five Guys. Amber was a perfect host. We hadn't booked or anything special for the food, she was just fab. Got staff to sing to him, cut the cake and even provided trays and foil for the cake afterwards. Food was great, milkshakes fab and Amber and Codey are brilliant. We will definitely be returning.

Asked for 3 cheeseburgers got 3 hotdogs burgers which were disgusting . Overpriced , won't go again .stay away

I didn't like the food, it was not tasty at all. Tried the burger, hotdog and fries and was dissatisfied at how it all tasted. Although the place looks great from the outside it's just not good quality food that's been served. I won't be visiting again. It was also very pricey and I'd rather spend money elsewhere.

Standard run of the mill five guys, the food was very tasty and what you’d expect from a Five Guys. This place was absolutely heaving with people, they definitely need to work on their management of queues as it was chaos. Tables were also left dirty with bins overflowing. I also heard quite a lot of staff swearing at each other which was weird when kids are about.

Only go for the milkshakes. Literally the best milkshakes ever, love that you can put add ins and try different combo’s. They’re so thick and just a great treat. Service is always fast and polite too!! Vanilla and salted caramel or peanut butter and salted caramel are good combos and I’d highly recommend keep it up five guys🥵

Good food and drink, only spoilt by the table and servery layout, too many people walking around, trying to work out where to queue, where to take rubbish, and avoid a low table covered in big bags of potatoes.

It was ok. Only ordered chips and they weren't all that. Packed inside the seating area though. Tables weren't kept on top of with cleaning.

Did my order wrong and didn’t have things I asked for in my burger. Got the smallest fries I ever get from five guys. The soda from the machine was really plain and they couldn’t fix it even till we left so I paid for the soda for nothing.

Completely Over rated and over priced because of peanut oil use in cooking haha the drink machine mixes any drink with a flavor but they are an acquired taste.

Happy with my experience at 5 guys the burger was cooked beautifully and the staff were friendly, but there was a quite long wait for the food to arrive, but it was busy so that is to be expected. Prices are higher than other similar establishments but you can tell the difference in quality

Lovely burger and fries with skins on and milkshake, however, expensive for what it is. It's in a very loud area, although so are all the other eating areas in the Trafford Centre.

Bit pricey but worth it as a treat

Food is incredible, really quality burger. Recommend the bacon cheeseburger. Milkshakes are just fantastic. Price is well above average but you pay for quality.

Brilliant place food was great really tasty, first time here but didn't dissapoint, even though it was busy didn't have to wait long & food somewhere to sit.
