The Head Chef Maura is fantastic and professional at all times and even comes out and says hello which is a great personal touch. The bar manager India is amazing and one of the main reasons we come to the champagne bar and have been for the past 4 years, always professional and friendly and goes above and beyond for us.

Honestly I can’t fault the service here! It is absolutely amazing. Nothing is ever too much for the staff and they always go above and beyond for me when I visit. I would just like to say that India the manager there is an asset to your business and her customer service is impeccable. Also the lady who works in the kitchen Maura/Martha I think? Honestly always comes out with a big smile and makes sure I’m happy with the food! She makes my day. Esteban on the bar is always smiling and always gives me the best service also! I definitely recommend this place if you’re at the Trafford centre shopping or browsing. Pop in for a bite to eat or get yourself a lovely drink off the wonderful staff who run this place!

Not the same, definitely embraced the cost of living theory of shrink-nation portions mega not very good, service as frosty as the season. Used to be a decent place unfortunately I felt dissatisfied on this visit, will give it a miss in future.

We've been going to San Carlo restaurants since the original in Birmingham years ago... they've always been good and this one is no exception. The food is reliably good and always enjoyable. The atmosphere is always good too. We found this venue to be a bit flashy... maybe because of the location or because people were Christmas shopping... but overall a good experience as ever.

Coming to Loubibar when you need to unwind from a demanding day at work is like a heaven. Connor and Esteban make one feel welcome, the friendly attitude makes the place familiar and comfortable. Maura, the chef, has take this experience to a whole different level. She is friendly, professional and regardless of the order is the same as most times, she takes pride in making it look and be presented differently making each time a pleasant discovery. The staff definitely makes this place not just a place, but a location where one feels the only one being cater and cared for. Amazing place, amazing people, great experience.

San Carlo is a familiar name to Mancunians and it is pleasing that the Selfridges at Trafford Centre now has a Champagne bar outpost. The house Champagne is very good and the light food choices are prepared as you are seated sipping your bubbles. Our shared Italian Antipasta selection was authentic as was the accompanying bread slices. This is a place for a shopping great and a natter!

We have been visiting here for a good length of time but no more. The staff are terrible. We called on a Friday evening for a glass or two and a snack, only to be told that the chef had gone home. Ok! No problem, still decided on a cocktail and a beer. Another couple walked in and ordered a bottle of champagne and some food. Next thing the waitress appeared with a platter full of meat, cheeses, fruit and chutney. Oh wait a minute, the chef has gone home!!! Excuse me miss, I thought the chef had left? Oh he has! So how come that couple have been able to get some food? Oh, they bought a bottle of champagne!!! Ah so if I get some champagne I can get some food? No……the chefs gone home!. Soooooooooooo, definitely will not be going again. I’ll spend my £90 in a place that will appreciate it.

I am a big fan of the food and coffee, but stopped by for drinks and the cocktails were first rate. Santino is a bit of genius and created the cocktail on the left made with Mexcal, campari and agave! Not sure it has a name yet!

Cant be faulted, great service.. There might me a PK cocktail on the menu soon. The place to go, when you are in TC

My wife and I visited the San Carlo Champagne Bar at Selfridges, Trafford Centre, whilst Christmas shopping. It is a bar we tend to visit if we are he Centre. The staff are always pleasant and chatty. We turned up around 1.30 and were able to find some free seats at the bar. There are three tables also adjacent to the bar area but these were occupied. We had a couple of glasses of champagne together with some AF Peroni. The snack menu has been somewhat reduced following COVID and so unlike on previous visits we did not eat on this occasion. My wife enjoyed the fizz and I enjoyed my beers. It is a great place to watch the world go by. A glass of champagne is £11.99 and the beer £5 a bottle. Bottles are available from £50. It’s nice to treat yourself now and again - worth a visit - we shall return soon!

Fantastic place, worth a visit, especially if you're served by Jay-Sen who's the best and goes above and beyond to accommodate. Was here for my birthday and didn't know which platter to have so Jay-Sen arranged a mix of both.

Had some drinks and a light bite. Nice bar with good atmosphere and great staff, i think it was Jay who served me, friendly and welcoming.
